I know this is three years old, but I just got to comment. I was trying this on my own using dance groups and the movie as reference and I was thinking to myself this is UNDOABLE and I was beginning to hurt myself (especially my back). This is such a nice way to go about it and get help to not hurt yourself but also make it just as awesome. Thank you so much for this!!
