I loved Chatur in this scene and how he expresses the worst side of education, where it cultivates people like him desperate for success, and with no real passion. This scene really showed how Chatur was nothing but textbook smart, and how he couldn't even find the passion to understand what to write or what he was saying. He was easily manipulated and cheated by Rancho.
International placements in IITs are negligible. You have no idea about IITs. And going to USA is about a better lifestyle. Anyone who can afford an MS, would never settle in India.

Watched a zillion times, and shall do so..one of the best movies ever made in the most laughable, realistic productions. It's not just Aamir or the other leading actors...its every single character that has given the best. Whenever I'm down in dumps, I watch the snipets and I still laugh my guts out.
