Child is the father of Man. Churail, shaetan, etc are words we are used to associate with people- men as well as women, who are more inclined towards a domonic personality. But the victim in this movie is a little girl and a lot of shadow and between the line hints are at play so it is confusing because childlike personality, innocence and ignorance are somehow interlinked. Even older girls or even women as well as men can be in such a situation as the girl 'bulbul'. It was disappointing to see another female character binodini in the role of 'nanad'shown as a malicious mind minupulator. We are all daughters of our parents. We are all sisters to our brothers and friends. We all can become 'nanads' and we can all fall as being a 'caged parrot'. It depends upon life situations, the kind of people in our life, our capacity to handle situations and our inner self. Liked the thoughtful scene where binodini talks to herself and says she had a madman for a husband too. So in a way she sees herself in bulbul. It could very well be a mad woman too. It's important to be fair if we want to be treated fairly, isn't it? And it's equally important to trust people.
