They wouldn’t. The case would need to establish justification. They wouldn’t have any. This isn’t family court. So actual evidence is needed. A court would see this a mile out and throw it out. I call BS on this story. In what country does this take place? Where in the world does a child legally owe parents for any success their adult child has gained. Even if I sent my child to college, fully paid, and they became successful, they would legally owe me nothing. This is an ad for therapists.
