I get that!! I am in AZ. also. My A/C went out when it was 118 last week. 4 days later it got fixed. Also I have Lupus. So I wasn't a happy camper. But all is good now. Stay cool my friend❤❤

Ralph, you can use the Heart pillow sent to Lee Ann after your heart surgery. I had one from the hospital to use and put on my chest and hold when I needed to cough or sneeze. It helps to protect and not stress the incision. I also used it when I started to drive and put the seatbelt over it. Again to help protect the chest.

That heart pillow is for Ralph. He will need it after surgery to hold against his chest. Believe me it helps if you cough, arise from sitting position, etc. they will probably give him one at the hospital.

Ralph I so understand your feelings when you come out and not everything is right. I have a kitty named Reba - and she is a Houdini cat and can get off the enclosed back porch - - that is screened triple deep. If I go out there and she isn't right at my feet I panic -- so afraid she'll leave and not come back. I've had to call my son and his wife a few time to come help me find her.

And I know it's the ultimate way to say "thank you" when you show the items on video and say who they are from so we can all admire them. Next best thing to getting a gift is to enjoy seeing other people get gifts, or being the gift giver. Anyone who does not like it might just be feeling bad because they haven't gotten anything. For me, getting these occasional peeks into your lives is a gift.

Grandpa, there was one year when I was scheduled for cervical spine surgery in early January, but while we were visiting my parents at Christmas time, my Dad got sick, and we honestly didn't know what was wrong with him, but it turned out that he had to have bypass surgery at almost the same day and time as my surgery was scheduled. I wanted to postpone my surgery and return to my family to be there for my Dad, but at my Dad's insistence, we proceeded with my surgery. Dad's surgery turned out just fine, and so did mine, but it was a very trying time, being 1,0000 miles away from my Dad -- and that was more than 25 years ago. Bypass surgery then was not as safe then as it is now, so that was a very hard thing to do. All I can say is this, be guided by your doctors. Your supreme guidance comes from the Lord, but you already place your faith in Him! Take care, both of you. I know the coming weeks will be tough, but then, so are you two! Again, may God continue to bless you and yours!
Hi Grandpa & Grandma, so glad Miss Bella is much better. Hope you get the chicken predator. When you have your heart surgery they usually give you a heart pillow to hold onto when you cough as support. Miss Kitty and Baby are taking in what needs to be done for the chickens 🐔, it’s great seeing them following you, they are never far away. You need to remember you have livestock and they need regular deworming, or at least have them checked routinely for parasites, this includes your dogs and cats. My Moms late husband built her bird houses. She has them all over the yard. I added camper bird houses and different kinds. Well them male Wrens I heard build nest in about 3 houses and the female comes and checks out each one and lays eggs in the one she likes best. Last few years I found this to be true

The Kansas Heart Hospital gives those giant red hearts to patients who have gone thru open heart surgery. They really help with pain. Got mine in December when i had emergency open heart surgery. Sending prayers for both of you🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻

Yep, this is why all livestock must be dewormed on a regular schedule. So many think worming the "natural way, methods" of deworming works. It might keep the worm load down a little, but in the long run, the worms keep growing and cause sickness and illness, and at some point, you will have to deworm to keep the animal alive! I'm so happy that Beautiful Bella is doing much better! When you said she was coughing and not wanting to eat, my first thought was lung worms. This is considered advanced in worm load...basically she had too many worms that were taking over her system. Please, Ralph, it doesn't matter if it is dogs, cats, goats, pigs, or cats. Please do your best to dewom your animals as prescribed by your Veternarian! God bless! We all are praying for you, and before you know it, you will be up and running and have more energy than you know what to do with it! ❤❤❤...😊

I'm so glad Bella is feeling better. It's great you have a vet you can call for advice. A lot of vets want you to come in with the animal so they can charge you for an office call. Don't worry Ralph, you'll get your heart pillow when you have your surgery. At least they gave my brother one (at Mercy in Rogers) when he had his quadruple bypass to hold against his chest for when he gets out of bed or a chair.
