For those who r thinking that radius is constant yeah it is constant but radius vector is not constant. It is changing which gives velocity at right angle to radius. As velocity is changing n it's derivative is is perpendicular direction , in same way radius vector is changing n it's velocity vector is perpendicular to radius. Also velocity vector depends on radius vector.

Why is perpendicular to velocity took radially inwards ? Why not radially outwards ? If took radially outwards, cetrepetal acceleration will come radially outwards. When we sit on Merry go round we tend to move radially outwards. When we whirl a key ring in circular motion, it also tends to go radially outward of our finger. Whats the paradox ?

Edit- i found what my mistake was , actually i thought of r(radius) as a scalar but it is a vector changing just like the v(velocity) thus it can be differentiated

Why is perpendicular to velocity took radially inwards ? Why not radially outwards ?
If took radially outwards, cetrepetal acceleration will come radially outwards.
When we sit on Merry go round we tend to move radially outwards.
When we whirl a key ring in circular motion, it also tends to go radially outward of our finger.
