That was a big win over the mighty folsom. Wish DLS would throw it more or use their playmakers like Blanche. I still remember his catch against Lincoln. Now DLS can cruise against Mcclyons and their league schedule, until they face San Ramon, with the NCS streak on the line.
They didn’t really need to pass this game, Oline handle their business. SRV this season is great maybe their best team they’ve ever had It’s up there with the 2017 squad, They are definitely the 3rd best team in the bay but with all that being said DLS will still run through the wolves 41-21
Folsom’s QB is young and needs more development. He seems apt to run before he goes through his progressions. He’s going to be good in time. Battles are won in the trenches and De Le Salles line grounded down Folsoms line. They still may meet again this season. Hard to beat the same team twice😉
That was a great assessment of the game! And yeah there is a chance they could meet again in the playoffs. Can’t wait to see how this season plays out for both teams!
@@marcvslicinivscrassvs7536 He seems to have that rare knack of just taking over the game in clutch situations. So much moxie for a sophomore. He’ll be fun to watch over the next two seasons if he doesn’t graduate early and join his brother at USC.
@@montesquieu5180 The one thing I noticed, however, is that this was not the Jake Browning juggernaut Folsom with all cylinders clicking. They were too dependent on Lyons running the ball. He's got a nice arm, great touch, and of course can run but the offense doesn't seem nearly as precise as the Taylor/Richardson era offense.
@@marcvslicinivscrassvs7536 that’s true but those prior teams were stacked. Having the Ngata brothers along with Badger was once in a generation talent. Browning had 91 TDs in his senior year, simply unbelievable! That last throw where Lyons was rolling out to his left and made a dart throw back to his right to take the lead with 20?seconds left was impressive !
If DLS had a true dual threat QB, they would be top dog in NorCal, again. Forget SoCal, due to the change in the transfer rule, they have created the equivalent of college football teams. NorCal teams may never win an Open division title ever again.

You have a great point. Hopefully we can keep some of these boys home.
Both teams have fallen from grace I used to see Folsom sweeping teams
Too many QB keeper’s for both teams 🤷🏾♂️
