When my games last so long they usually are boring af, either my team is giga ahead and they just dont want to end yet or the enemy team is giga ahead and either doesnt want to end or doesnt know how to but it is never a fun game.

League is just one of the most painful games to play from behind.
Short games are fine if the game is designed around it. That's yet another thing HotS had better, a long game was 25 minutes, but it didn't feel bad when a game ended at 20 minutes because you had time to play through levels, skill upgrades, etc. HotS was a great game, they just killed it to budget OW League that died after they stopped giving away free stuff.
Then again, it's not so much that the League game is lost at 15 or 20, it's that the mental of the players is so god awful they're raging at 15 and just want to go next to int again. Korea mental infected the rest of the world, lose 2 minions first or second wave, not 8k+ gold up at 10 minutes, gg go next Imma afk in base.
Real af. Played CSGO a lot and even some russian guy who only knew how to say stupid, bitch, idiot, fuck and retard would still try to win and even pop off in moments, meanwhile a few english speakers with league mental would just give up and be very vocal about it. Luckily CS has voice chat so you could either flame the fuck out of them until they manned up and started playing or until they broke down and started crying.

I think people wanting to surrender 5-8 minutes into a game is part of the issue. Once someone has that mindset they play differently. If the game doesn't matter then they start using it more to limit test / practice, or will take very risky plays even if they are trying to come back. Even long before the actual surrender vote, that mindset is just damaging to the mental health of the team, and makes everyone play worse.
I often feel like people are trying to surrender long before they should. Idk about extra high elo, but this appears to be a problem at all ranks (I've personally observed this in silver, gold, plat, emerald, and diamond).
Sure your team is behind, sure your player sucks. But don't forget your enemies are humans too. They're not an organized professional team, they can and will make mistakes, get greedy/cocky, or throw at late game objectives.
Keep a good mental, and look for ways to come back, recognize that in order to win - if you don't hard int it - your opponents will likely need to look for either elder or baron most games, possibly more than once, and those are fights way into the late game when the strongest players on the enemy team may be getting item capped and you'll start to catch up more and more.
Another key fight where teams throw is when trying to take inhibitors/inhib-towers, so many players will mindlessly push, either solo or grouped, and try to force bad fights/dives without good vision and without good regard for the inhib tower itself. These are just more opportunities to pull out a win against players who may have gotten ahead early but aren't familiar with how to close out a game properly.
It can only take one or two people on the enemy team who position awfully or who get greedy their whole team to end up throwing in an instant. Stay positive, and force your enemies to prove they know how to convert an advantage into a win.
(I respect that in master/grand-master/challenger your opponents do probably often understand this, but at the same time.... we've seen countless counterexamples on RAT's stream of both his own teammates and his enemies failing the basic principles of this, and we've even seen pro teams do it on stage.... so really it does seem to be a problem that plagues even the higher ranks).

Every single game is decided in the first 10 min and just boring as hell, half the time u have no control as 2 positions just go 0 and 8, like im not super low elo (d4-emerald 1) but games are just aids to play, reksai and j4 just decide it all
