Hey David,
when a big part of a mans life is over when the Kids all grown up and everything is a bit more silent
it realy feels depresing, like god is wraping our story up befor the end
Well i am not a wise guy but i have spend a lot of time thinking
So i have 2 tings to tell you
1- i feel you, it do realy be like that
2- David i played a lot of chess there is a lot of strategies plans and tactices in chess but the most importan one is to make the best move on the board eventho game is going bad eventho you have low time
So my advice if you want it is take some time off to think what you want happines, purpose, leaving a good story ...
Then eventho it might be hard to achive try to make the best move on the board go for it make a plan then go all in
And don't forget to appreciate a good walk around trees
