Thank you for discovering Dimash and welcome to a beautiful world of music. I liked and subscribed hoping for more Dimash reactions😊. You can't put him in a box. He is simply Dimash. Some say he is his own genre😅. And I agree. Dimash is a 29-years old singer from Kazakhstan and believe me, you’ve seen nothing at all. In my opinion you have discovered the best singer in the world. He has perfect pitch and currently has a vocal range of 6 octaves. Not in one song (mostly anyway😅). However, if you include the notes he has sung live in his concerts so far, you get almost 8 octaves (7.7 from vocal fry C1 (B0) to the whistle register D8; this note is no longer on the piano). At least that's what he's shown us so far. And this in all registers (chest, mixed and head voice up to the whistle register). The transitions from one register to the other are so fluid that they are sometimes not recognized even by vocal coaches or professional singers. His voice is the result not only of his God-given talent, but also of his almost 25 years of daily hard training. From the age of 5 he attended music school in his hometown of Aktobe. He plays several instruments like piano, dombra (a kazach instrument), drums, marimba and more. He has classical as well as contemporary vocal training and sings in different genres from opera to pop, jazz, Kazakh folk, ballads, RnB and he even raps a bit. And often he skillfully mixes several genres in one song. Mainly classic and pop, so he created a new crossover genre. And meanwhile in more than 10 languages. And at his concert in Almaty, Kazakhstan on September 23, 2022 he sang in 7 languages in one concert! And at his concert in Yerevan on April 29, 2023, he sang an Armenian folk song for the first time (it has to be about 16 or 17 languages so far). He sings no mainstream and is a completely independent artist. He is managed by his father Kanat, who founded his own company "DimashAli Creative Center". The logo can be seen at the beginning of many of Dimash's videos. Maybe that’s the reason you never heard of him yet. He doesn’t sell his soul to a music label. He doesn’t want to be dictated by money when he has to sing what, when, where and how. Many of my favorite songs are in his native tongue. He is a nice, intelligent, respectful and humble person. He respects people regardless of their original, religion or profession. He truly loves his homeland Kazakhstan and his people with all his heart and always shows it with pride in many of his songs, concerts and interviews. During his concerts in Dubai, Düsseldorf and Prague in 2022, before he performed his song War And Peace, he told the audience he loves all people in every country (and he still does). And there are no bad nations (only bad leaders). And I absolutely believe this. His concert in September 23, 2022 in Almaty, Kazakhstan was so amazing and it lasts almost 4 hours. Believe it or not but he really gets better and better. Every time you think you know him and his art, you realize you are so wrong. He's very spiritual and thankful for the gift God has given him. But he also works very hard to constantly improve his vocal skills. He said in an interview that he trains at least 3 hours every day, if necessary, it can be 10 hours to prepare for a concert. He loves swimming and also a lot under water. Maybe that's why he has this large lung capacity to hold the notes as long as he does. He's a singer you can't put in any box. He sings almost every genre there is. Every time you watch a video, expect the unexpected. Even the covers he sings he makes his own and brings elements into the song that you would never expect. Don't be surprised if you get suggestions for songs you may have already seen. Dimash has different versions of many of the same songs. They are all worth seeing. Not only is he perfect at singing and performing, he's also an incredibly good actor. Check out his music videos. They are amazing. You think I’m exaggerating? No, I don’t think so😄. He sang this song on his digital concert in January 2021 during the pandemic. He had to cancel his tour and did this concert for his Dears/fans. That’s why there was no audiende to be seen or heard. SOS is a song in the rock-opera „Starmania“ from 1978. The first who presented this song was the French singer and songwriter Daniel Balavione. SOS was the first performance of the China competition (in 2017) and was his first appearance in this show. The Singer is a show in China where only established singers are invited to perform. All the singers invited to are already well-known artists in China who have already won awards. Dimash was invited as the first foreigner as a wild card and the youngest in the history of this show. They became aware of him because he had already won some important competitions in Kazakhstan and Belarus, among others. He was still completely unknown in China. Actually, it was intended that he would only have 1 or 2 appearances. But it came completely different. When he woke up the next morning after his first performance of SOS he was a megastar in China and even found bodyguards outside his hotel room. SOS’ first video had 600 million views when it aired. What is he? He's not a what, he is Dimash and there is no one like him. This video did have cc for English translations. The song is from a French rock opera called Starmania and was written many years before Dimash was born. Dimash began his music studies at the age of 5 and still does vocal training for 3-5 hours every day. He said that since the age of two, he has never wanted to do anything other than sing, and several degrees to prove it. along with incredible vocal skills. As we say here in America, "You ain't heard nothing yet."

One of the great voices in the World today. Technically, he could be THE best singer. He may not be everyone's cup of tea but one cannot deny his talent and vocal abilities. He uses no way as way, has no limitation as limitation. Personally, I like what he does. He doesn't confine himself to any one genre, so each new performance is almost guaranteed to be something different. I guess when he has nearly eight octaves and multiple vocal techniques at his disposal, he can sing anything !! I've been following Dimash since 2017 when he sang this song SOS on The Singer 2017. I'm a 60-1-year-old man that still gets teared up after 2 years of listening to this master every day to first reactions. I was Dimashified, just like you. It's a speechless moment, which is okay because that's the effect the master has. He is the GOAT. It's hard to believe but you're going to be surprised and jaw dropped again even though now you know he's great. Sinful Passion, Olympico, Stranger and Unforgettable Day will affect your soul. Dimash also has a rendition of Ave Maria, without any words, AND it's the BEST Ave Maria. There's a perfect note at the end even though they're all perfect. It's actually more perfect. I sneak in that ONE note, every week on my list to do.

The beauty of his performance is that pushing the boundaries of vocal interpretation is always well justified by the musical material he is working with. He sings an aria and his voice becomes operatic in places where he thinks it suits his voice as well as the texture of the song. And his transitions are seamless. Dimash is Dimash, he can't be categorised either within a range or a genre. He sings whatever he wants whenever he wants. 🤣 It's pointless even comparing or feeling less than, he's on a different level and even the best can feel inadequate next to him. He's just done a blues/rock number that I would highly recommend called When I've Got You.
You could say show off but you have to understand dimashs history from five years old singing professionally enrolled in the academy of music at the university and enrolled in every competition on that part of the world Baltic states Russia and China and in the world competitions. He had to bring out all the stops…show off. Then you’ve got a guy with an 8 octave range. This song popopera is a result of that range what to do with it…how to honor that voice and use it. When I heard him first I knew he would not sing Mary had a little lamb. He himself or producers writers composers had to write for his voice and that’s what you’re going to hear every time no simpleton song. He must rewrite recompose for himself. He collabs but this is no ordinary collab or simple cover of the songs he does. You can say show off if that’s what you hear, but what would you want to hear this immaculate voice do?
Welcome to the wonderful world of Dimash! Is he a tenor, soprano? He's Dimash! You're right, he can (and does) take any genre of music and sing it beautifully! And don't feel like you can't participate in the music world just because of Dimash's skill. At his concerts some of his favourite moments are when the audience sings his songs back to him. He just wants people to enjoy music! Usually "Stranger" New Wave version or "Sinful Passion" are recommended as second songs to discover. Just watch out as Stranger is usually blocked for copyright so if you do that one you will need to blur it or put a screen of some sort over it or make it more transparent. Enjoy! 🇨🇦

His sung live range G0-D8 7.7 octaves and it's not his limits but he will not go higher because it doesn't add to making great music which is his goal. He has like 160 videos or so, I am still coming across stuff in his younger years I have not seen before, I have been following my h for about 6 years and I never get tired of hearing him or seeing others experience what I did. His range is spectacular but his control of it is even more spectacular.

You can't put him in a box. He is simply Dimash. Some say he is his own genre😅. And I agree.
Dimash is a 29-years old singer from Kazakhstan and believe me, you’ve seen nothing at all. In my opinion you have discovered the best singer in the world. He has perfect pitch and currently has a vocal range of 6 octaves. Not in one song (mostly anyway😅). However, if you include the notes he has sung live in his concerts so far, you get almost 8 octaves (7.7 from vocal fry C1 (B0) to the whistle register D8; this note is no longer on the piano). At least that's what he's shown us so far. And this in all registers (chest, mixed and head voice up to the whistle register). The transitions from one register to the other are so fluid that they are sometimes not recognized even by vocal coaches or professional singers.
His voice is the result not only of his God-given talent, but also of his almost 25 years of daily hard training. From the age of 5 he attended music school in his hometown of Aktobe. He plays several instruments like piano, dombra (a kazach instrument), drums, marimba and more. He has classical as well as contemporary vocal training and sings in different genres from opera to pop, jazz, Kazakh folk, ballads, RnB and he even raps a bit. And often he skillfully mixes several genres in one song. Mainly classic and pop, so he created a new crossover genre. And meanwhile in more than 10 languages. And at his concert in Almaty, Kazakhstan on September 23, 2022 he sang in 7 languages in one concert! And at his concert in Yerevan on April 29, 2023, he sang an Armenian folk song for the first time (it has to be about 16 or 17 languages so far).
He sings no mainstream and is a completely independent artist. He is managed by his father Kanat, who founded his own company "DimashAli Creative Center". The logo can be seen at the beginning of many of Dimash's videos. Maybe that’s the reason you never heard of him yet. He doesn’t sell his soul to a music label. He doesn’t want to be dictated by money when he has to sing what, when, where and how.
Many of my favorite songs are in his native tongue. He is a nice, intelligent, respectful and humble person. He respects people regardless of their original, religion or profession. He truly loves his homeland Kazakhstan and his people with all his heart and always shows it with pride in many of his songs, concerts and interviews. During his concerts in Dubai, Düsseldorf and Prague in 2022, before he performed his song War And Peace, he told the audience he loves all people in every country (and he still does). And there are no bad nations (only bad leaders). And I absolutely believe this.
His concert in September 23, 2022 in Almaty, Kazakhstan was so amazing and it lasts almost 4 hours. Believe it or not but he really gets better and better. Every time you think you know him and his art, you realize you are so wrong.
He's very spiritual and thankful for the gift God has given him. But he also works very hard to constantly improve his vocal skills.
He said in an interview that he trains at least 3 hours every day, if necessary, it can be 10 hours to prepare for a concert. He loves swimming and also a lot under water. Maybe that's why he has this large lung capacity to hold the notes as long as he does. He's a singer you can't put in any box. He sings almost every genre there is. Every time you watch a video, expect the unexpected. Even the covers he sings he makes his own and brings elements into the song that you would never expect. Don't be surprised if you get suggestions for songs you may have already seen. Dimash has different versions of many of the same songs. They are all worth seeing. Not only is he perfect at singing and performing, he's also an incredibly good actor. Check out his music videos. They are amazing. You think I’m exaggerating? No, I don’t think so😄.
He sang this song on his digital concert in January 2021 during the pandemic. He had to cancel his tour and did this concert for his Dears/fans. That’s why there was no audiende to be seen or heard.
SOS is a song in the rock-opera „Starmania“ from 1978. The first who presented this song was the French singer and songwriter Daniel Balavione.
SOS was the first performance of the China competition (in 2017) and was his first appearance in this show. The Singer is a show in China where only established singers are invited to perform. All the singers invited to are already well-known artists in China who have already won awards. Dimash was invited as the first foreigner as a wild card and the youngest in the history of this show. They became aware of him because he had already won some important competitions in Kazakhstan and Belarus, among others. He was still completely unknown in China. Actually, it was intended that he would only have 1 or 2 appearances. But it came completely different. When he woke up the next morning after his first performance of SOS he was a megastar in China and even found bodyguards outside his hotel room. SOS’ first video had 600 million views when it aired. He was just 22 years old at the time.

The song is from a French rock opera called Starmania and was written many years before Dimash was born. Dimash began his music studies at the age of 5 and still does vocal training for 3-5 hours every day. He said that since the age of two, he has never wanted to do anything other than sing, and several degrees to prove it. along with incredible vocal skills. As we say here in America, "You ain't heard nothing yet."

One of the great voices in the World today. Technically, he could be THE best singer. He may not be everyone's cup of tea but one cannot deny his talent and vocal abilities. He uses no way as way, has no limitation as limitation. Personally, I like what he does. He doesn't confine himself to any one genre, so each new performance is almost guaranteed to be something different. I'm a 60-1-year-old man that still gets teared up after 2 years of listening to this master every day to first reactions. I was Dimashified, just like you. It's a speechless moment, which is okay because that's the effect the master has. He is the GOAT. It's hard to believe but you're going to be surprised and jaw dropped again even though now you know he's great. Sinful Passion, Olympico, Stranger and Unforgettable Day will affect your soul.
Dimash also has a rendition of Ave Maria, without any words, AND it's the BEST Ave Maria. There's a perfect note at the end even though they're all perfect. It's actually more perfect. I sneak in that ONE note, every week on my list to do.

Dimash is Dimash, he can't be categorised either within a range or a genre. He sings whatever he wants whenever he wants. 🤣
It's pointless even comparing or feeling less than, he's on a different level and even the best can feel inadequate next to him.
He's just done a blues/rock number that I would highly recommend called When I've Got You.
You could say show off but you have to understand dimashs history from five years old singing professionally enrolled in the academy of music at the university and enrolled in every competition on that part of the world Baltic states Russia and China and in the world competitions. He had to bring out all the stops…show off. Then you’ve got a guy with an 8 octave range. This song popopera is a result of that range what to do with it…how to honor that voice and use it. When I heard him first I knew he would not sing Mary had a little lamb. He himself or producers writers composers had to write for his voice and that’s what you’re going to hear every time no simpleton song. He must rewrite recompose for himself. He collabs but this is no ordinary collab or simple cover of the songs he does. You can say show off if that’s what you hear, but what would you want to hear this immaculate voice do?
Welcome to the wonderful world of Dimash! Is he a tenor, soprano? He's Dimash! You're right, he can (and does) take any genre of music and sing it beautifully! And don't feel like you can't participate in the music world just because of Dimash's skill. At his concerts some of his favourite moments are when the audience sings his songs back to him. He just wants people to enjoy music! Usually "Stranger" New Wave version or "Sinful Passion" are recommended as second songs to discover. Just watch out as Stranger is usually blocked for copyright so if you do that one you will need to blur it or put a screen of some sort over it or make it more transparent. Enjoy! 🇨🇦

Your pronunciation was spot on. It has CC for lyrics you haven't seen anything yet as you pause at the first part and through a journey of his content you might think he has 30 or more voices. His sung live range G0-D8 7.7 octaves and it's not his limits but he will not go higher because it doesn't add to making great music which is his goal. He has like 160 videos or so, I am still coming across stuff in his younger years I have not seen before, I have been following my h for about 6 years and I never get tired of hearing him or seeing others experience what I did. His range is spectacular but his control of it is even more spectacular.
