Am not from Rivers State but i av leave in The State for over 15 yrs and i can tell you categorically an average Rivers indigene doesn't want Fubara to make peace withe Wike,they like how Fubara is standing up against the former gov,for example the civil servants in the State knows if the duo were at peace and talking terms they wouldn't av gotten the 100K Christmas bonus for two years now consecutively and the numerous projects the gov is embarking upon,so i don't know why people like Arise for example disturbing theirselves, Rivers people are happy with this fight and they don't even wanr it to end.
Wike killed our once boisterous civil service. Refused to promote workers for 8years. Didn't pay workers Christmas bonus. Also brought in ethnicity into Rivers state by siting 12 overhead bridges in his Ikwerre area of Rivers state. Not to talk of arrogating job slots at Rivers state University to his Rumuiperikon people. Or should we talk how Wike annexed virtually all the choice lands in Rivers state to himself.
See, a good elder at any given time should give his support to the incumbent. No sensible elder would leave a sitting governor to side with those opposing him. We should all support Fubara today, and if another person becomes governor tomorrow, we move to him. Simple!

The commentator counting Fubara as a product of former Governor Peter Odili's political sons was wrong. He also misfired for categorizing Igbos in the same class as the Hause and Yorubas. Igbos are a major part of Rivers State, and he coming from the minority part of the state should know better.
