Yes, the car might not have signaled, but passing on the right would be a comparative violation. The ONLY thing that will make a rider safe on the road is distance (from other vehicles). If I seen someone walking at me with a drum cymbal, I'd want close the distance to punch him first. If you have never held a cymbal at that size, with such narrow profile, they can be very dangerous. Thrown and hit in the neck could be fatal in the extreme case. I know drummer who almost lost toes just from dropping a cymbal on his foot at waist height. Regardless again the car driver was welding a weapon. He is the main aggressor. We would sharpen the edge and add saw toothed pattern and throw them into stumps/trees when younger. What I am getting at here is the driver knows how shitty it would be to be hit with a cymbal and used that as his weapon to approach the biker who appeared to just want to continue on his way until guy got out of his car and damaged his bike.

If you look to the left you can clearly see a tall sound barrier that divides the residential area from the industrial area. If you watch the full clip you can see me leave through what is indeed an industrial area hence all the parked trucks for the weekend.
Usually when you see people like that old woman they often act aggressive and dumb, but she was just a generally good person concerned about his safety. Good to see people like her on this video.

If I seen someone walking at me with a drum cymbal, I'd want close the distance to punch him first. If you have never held a cymbal at that size, with such narrow profile, they can be very dangerous. Thrown and hit in the neck could be fatal in the extreme case. I know drummer who almost lost toes just from dropping a cymbal on his foot at waist height. Regardless again the car driver was welding a weapon. He is the main aggressor. We would sharpen the edge and add saw toothed pattern and throw them into stumps/trees when younger. What I am getting at here is the driver knows how shitty it would be to be hit with a cymbal and used that as his weapon to approach the biker who appeared to just want to continue on his way until guy got out of his car and damaged his bike.
Yea, except the rider can no longer claim victim because what he did to the door. Law doesn't work that way. Why do you think he ran like a bitch after doing thousands of dollars of damage to the car..

If you look to the left you can clearly see a tall sound barrier that divides the residential area from the industrial area. If you watch the full clip you can see me leave through what is indeed an industrial area hence all the parked trucks for the weekend.

The driver was clearly wrong but many of these videos don't show the whole story and make it seem like the driver just went crazy for no reason whatsoever, on the poor innocent, always follows the rules, biker. It would be my guess that many people have had to put up with a lot of crap from these poor, innocent, squeaky clean bikers before they go off the deep end. Same back at you Graham.
