They are mixing ska and thai rap with metal, and you came across to a live MV but with studio sound, live performances with the Kami Band playing behind is even better with their explosive sound.
Song is about having fun, they sing about papaya salad and festivals and mixing with other things as an allegory of life to enjoy mixing different stuff, in this case the thai and japanese culture. F.Hero (it reads "F" alone and then "Hero", i think is clear the meaning of the "F" word, righ?) is a thai rapper and he rap about those different things combining in his part. As you noticed waving your towel while dancing and singing, is a must to spend all your energy when you are attending a BM concert.

As Moametal states, "Pa Pa Ya!!" has a fun performance, and is the first of their songs to feature a rap section.
Composition:-
Similar to other Babymetal songs, "Pa Pa Ya!!" gathers influence from various genres while preserving the band's J-pop and electronic music. With its name referring to the papaya, "Pa Pa Ya!!" contains components of southern lands, Japanese festivals, and a chaotic tune, for a "hot upper tune" in the summer. The song is composed of an "infectuous synth line", "bouncy guitar riffs", and vocals repeatedly yelling "Pa pa ya", with the tune showcasing Su-metal and Moametal singing around each other in contrast to the chants and guitars. Great first reaction and welcome to the BABYMETAL Galaxy. This is a summer festival song about a spicy green papaya fruit salad, but it is also about mixing the right spices in life to make everything much more fun and more tasty.
F. Hero is a rapper from Thailand, he was rapping in Thai to the same rhythm as mixing the ingredients for the salad in a mortar and pestle.
BABYMETAL have about 50 songs, every one of them is different and they mix many different styles of music (every metal genre plus many other styles and genres, some from different countries), so you won't hear another song quite like this one, but you will find the same sort of energy and fun in most of their songs.
Su-metal is the lead vocalist - she is 23 now, but consider they started in 2010, nearly 11 years ago. Moametal (now 22) provides backing vocals and harmonies and leads the choreo. Sadly the original third member, Yuimetal, left the band in October 2018 after a 12 month absence for undisclosed health reasons, so the third girl in this video was one of three dancers who were taking turns supporting Su and Moa. This girl was Kano and she was only 14 when this was recorded in 2019.

This is a summer festival song (matsuri da!) and it's about a spicy Thai fruit salad :) It's full of energy and it never fails to bring you back to a good mood.
BABYMETAL live shows are something else, specially on arena-sized venues. The stage, the light show, the pyrotechnics... all are on point just to match the Kami Band (BABYMETAL's backing band on live shows) and, of course, the girls. All their songs are different from the others and they also have a choreo for each one.

And is not about the girls age even though they started as preteens but is about giving a birth to a new genre Kawaii metal.
The girls are Suzuka ”Su-metal” Nakamoto (born 20 Dec 1997)
Moa ”Moametal” Kikuchi (born 4 July 1999) and
Yui ”Yuimetal” Mizuno (born 20 June 1999) Yui left the BM 2018 due to undisclosed health issues.
They started 2010 as a sub-unit to Sakura Gakuin (school-themed J-pop group for girls between 10-15)
and became their own entity 2013.
Key ”Koba-metal” Kobayashi got the idea when he saw a 10-year-old Suzuka on stage and heard her strong voice and saw her great stage presence and thought that her voice would not drown in heavy music.
They have since then become one of the biggest japanese bands to succeed internationally and they have collaborated with Dragonforce, Corey Taylor and Bring Me The Horizon and singers like Alissa White-Gluz (Arch Enemy) and Joakim Brodén (Sabaton) are featuring on a couple of songs.
Their big breakthrough overseas came 2014 at Sonisphere UK when they performed for 50000-60000 metalheads of which the majority hadn't even heard of them.
