I heard this song just over 3 years ago...It's mine & the Mr song... "who'd thought you would dream...of a single tragic scene" My man even said this song discribes me x
It was shot with a Canon XL-1. The full quality footage for the documentary is much much better, this footage lost a lot of quality in the transfer for online and then the transfer to TH-cam degrades it even more. Glad you enjoyed it though, there'll hopefully be more footage available after the Vail festival this April.
@haidersehgol A lot of musicians are from the Hotel Cafe and they often travel together and will sometimes jump in with one another to add an extra element to a song. I think Tim was a nice addition to this one.
When did I ever say Coldplay DIDN'T suck?? Whether they do or not, it does not change the fact that this song is a near exact resemblance of their song "Sparks." It might make people made that I made that observation, but anyone who would search that song would soon learn for themselves.
it's close.. .the chord progression sounds close. the strumming patterns are different. (each sound rather characteristic of each group...) but it's not the same. remember, most songs are written with the exact same progression- just different keys.
I completely disagree. The great thing about live versions are that you can hear what the artist has to say about a song and hear a nice variation on the studio version. You see his personality here and you don't get that on the CD.
My mom passed away in November and I found this in her CD player. Cried my eyes out listening to it. Love this song. I’ve never heard it before.

You don't see real music like this. No computers clearing up the sounds. He sounds exactly like in the recording studio.

Sparks and blue eyes are very different progressions. Both still great songs.

I agree that the guitar melody seems like sparks but it's still a good song, isn't it?
The guy on the left dancing is kind of funny..

Anyone else notice the guitar melody is an almost exact ripoff of the Coldplay's "Sparks" ? TH-cam it.
Not really sure which song I prefer though, lol
if it wasn't about a girl it would be a 100% pure Roxas song...
