A little additional insight on the end of this season.. Jack met the sibling that came up on the test and turned out he has multiple siblings by his parents and he was the only one that was given up. That’s why he is so upset. Maya and Carina don’t know. And Maya threatens to expose the Chief’s relationship if she doesn’t give her her job back.
@@LocalHomo She threatened to expose Fire Chief Natasha Ross and Lieutenant Sullivan's relationship if the chief doesn't get her back to being Captain. Sullivan is the one that got Maya demoted.
I may have consumed a lot of wine before this episode, I was so scared, the writers were going to create a story around this. Thankfully, I went to bed happy & a little intoxicated. 😂
I really enjoyed season 5 myself. It wasn't quite as good as season 4 but still good. I think most people hated it because of the using Jack as the donor story line and I can see their point, I just don't feel bothered by it. You could see that they were becoming friends and he's for sure the one they are closest to at the fire house. So I guess it just didn't bother me as much. To be fair though, I'm so hopelessly in love with Maya and Carina that I'd probably love it no matter what lol. October 6th and season 6 can not get here fast enough! I also am hopelessly in love with Danielle and Stefania, they're such beautiful people and they have such a beautiful friendship! There are several lives they've done here on TH-cam if you want to check them out and see what they're like off screen. There are a few of them I've watched a couple hundred times at this point because they just make me so happy lol.
Yeah I can’t see why people disliked this season so much. As you mentioned they are getting closer to Jack and starting a friendship so I think it’s quite sweet he’s the donor. I can’t wait for season 6!!!
