    On Bounce 180 makes sense to click the most viable targets because will help a lot in game scenarios where you prioritise the easiest enemy to hit instead of the most challenging

    I've been getting into voltaic benchmarks and fundamental training lately. Started not even hitting plat but getting past novice with most perfect scores in energy. Now I'm 568/600 for diamond complete, feel really close just cause I'm still able to beat my scores if I try for an hour, and I can usually keep my scores around where I did yesterday. Putting a ton of time into this because I don't really like how Overwatch is going, my past game I played flex DPS on, and Valorant, a new game I enjoy is just really toxic so I'm not so sure yet. Feels great to play both just for a fun break from aim training tho.

    • @RiddBTW

    • @RiddBTW

    Hi Ridd! I'm planning on making a video about the youtubers, techniques and playlists that helped me to get voltaic diamond (I have full diamond on the clicking and tracking scens so only target switching to go yaaay) so I was wondering if it would be ok to use some clips of your videos, and specially if you wouldn't mind me linking your github to the kovaaks playlists.
    Of course I would give you full credit on the description and I would say the github is yours in the video itself.
    I hope you are well and I'll be waiting for your answer, take care!

    Hey Ridd I wanted to ask a question that I hope is okay. Really like the vibe of this community and thoroughly enjoy every single video of yours ( make sure I watch one every night before bed and has inspired me to buy kovaaks and start playing it tomorrow)
    My question to put into perspective is that I've been using 173cm/360 800DPI 0.3 for about 9 months in CSGO. The reason is because I feel better coordination with my arm, shoulder and forearm more than my wrist which I feel is tight and shaky. I micro adjust with fingers and perhaps 15degress of wrist max, everything else is forearm elbow and shoulder only ever used extended pads and keep full elbow on the table. I like this in CSGO as I feel best control and precision, in Apex, quake and diabotical I increase my Sens to 130cm/360 to have faster 180's and reactive aim. However I have seen top aimers (soar hollow, vf Serious, clawz, s1mple) use higher sens and many experts like aimer7 recommend(20-40cm) or atleast a realistic low one like 60cm. So my question is, would I benefit from using or atleast trying a higher sensitivity? My only desire is to constantly improve and grow as an fps player and would like to know your thoughts and advice on what to do. Like most people I attached to something that has given me good performances but I'll switching or atleast practicing something different would stand to benefit me, or do I just do aim training with my current sensitivity and work on the scenarios I'm weak at with it. In game my best situations are medium and long range microflicks and precise tracking at mid to long range. However I'm weak at vertical tracking and close range fast flicks to an erratically moving enemy. I apologize for asking something so long and highly specific, I just truly want to improve and value your insights on these aiming related topics. Much love from South Africa ❤

    • @RiddBTW
      @RiddBTW  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks for all the positive feedback. And yes I think that's a pretty low sens to realistically play with...especially games like Apex with a lot of reactive tracking up close and movement, it becomes pretty difficult to take advantage of all the FPS mechanics with such a low sens. I would try something like 60cm at least...and just get used to the idea of playing a higher sens where it's needed, and a lower sens where it's needed. Treating it more like a tool that you change based on how you feel and what the game demands.

      This might be a little late so you might not read this response. I have 3.4k hours in csgo and was in FPL-C about a year ago. I also have around 200 hours in kovaak's so I hope you don't completely ignore my advice. 0.3 sens @ 800 dpi in csgo is a extremely low sensitivity. Because of the way the source engine works you have an edpi of 240. I would strongly recommend increasing your sensitivity to at least 0.5 if not 0.55 or 0.6 because this sensitivity is so low that not even professional players use it. The best aimers in csgo that use low sens (Niko, Twistzz, Michu, Tabsen) all play around 400-600 edpi. I also have concerns because playing many hours a day on that low sensitivity can lead to health problems. Anyway I hope you read this and at least listen to my advice good luck.

    I think people shouldn't sleep on target switching as well, I recently focused on target switching and pretty much neglected click timing because I was grinding the TS plat benchmarks, and when I got plat on them, decided to try CT benchmarks just for fun and was surprised bec nearly got diamond in just a few runs lol
    also at 7:40 while I do agree that we don't always have the most viable targets all the time but for me, choosing to go for viable targets help develop peripheral vision, awareness, speed etc and decision making in general,
    After doing dynamic clicking and dynamic TS (B180 T Voltaire Easy) I noticed I've been more "aware" and my eyes are quicker and can account for more things and then decide to focus on a target whenever I play valorant
