I split a super glide in half or I should say a chinese guy without a passport cut in front of me and from time to time others coming close so I went with it $1000 the the sd1 $650 and all the guys love em ,me too soooo bright they see see half a mile away . got behind my wife she said it was so bright it was too bright but thats why I got em maybe go white or clear LP6 or LP4 with the yellow cover incase the cops write you up to change it then remove the yellow cover and they wont know just say you changed it. I should have done that. sorry radar with flashers cuz YOU CANT HEAR THE ALARM. if you go fast I'll tell what kind if you like. take care tree bag. nice ride. I friggin love mine in the old days we had war game 82nd with the marines south N.C. myrtle beach. we all got shit faced at night together and damn near lost some rack. big island.
Need to be using your front brake brosky. That is where the stopping power is. If you are worried about endoing it, you wont with these new electric nannies.
@jaynexus1639 you are correct about that. I use it when I need it. The bike has no electronic breaking or traction control due to the tune. Riding 2 up, I always need the front break. I have been working on using it more often. I appreciate the feedback.
@CodyMcDonald89 I just recommend adjusting the monoshock. I went camping, overloaded the bike, and ripped off the tailight wire harness as it bottomed out.
@@tree_bagg yes I figured would have to adjust. Some people say it’s not worth switching over to the softail if I’m already on a touring bike but o don’t go crazy miles or anything and I’m more performance. Wife rides but I could easily do tour pack and she can ride with it on
@CodyMcDonald89 at the end of the day, I think the softail is the better platform for a do it all vehicle. It has power that would be a lot for a touring bike, let alone the Low Rider, having the 131. I will definitely get a touring bike if I start having back or hip problems and need that extra room.
@@tree_bagg I’m 6ft 1 and wife rides with me as well when she gets to. We don’t take big trips or nothing. The bike I’m looking st getting has Trask turbo kit and stage 2 cam makes 144hp and trq
The audio is so clear and you talk so casual like you’re not going 60+mph😂👏🏼
Beautiful, we are making progress

@@acim2228 how do you like the headlight? I have been considering one of those. Anythings better than the stock.

I'm thinking we need more of a segment now know as "Random Road Ramblings" 😊
Coming soon! Was already on it
I'm unfamiliar with biker culture....I assume most of you ride with a loose speaker just bumping away? Audio is crispy!
@Shrimppapa33 This is an uncommon practice found among the brothersss. Most have sound systems with zip ties.
Do you ride 2up I’m thinking about trading my ultra in for a low rider at that has stage 2 cam and traak turbo kit
@CodyMcDonald89 Yeah, we do often. Using bungking crash bar passenger pegs and an advan black tourpack.
