Everything changes about our perception of them when you get to know them in depth and generally everything comes out of order and without context and you end up getting ideas that are not the most objective. He is incredibly cool in so many ways and means and is everything one can imagine when you have all the pieces right and in place. JK is stuffing ssam into his mouth. This is a food all Koreans stuff into their mouths in one bite. Typically, you get a lettuce leaf and add meat on top with the favorite condiment ssamjang. Add garlic and onion or radish or kimchi. And yes, stuff the whole thing into your mouth. At other BTS eating occasions, the guys have created these, but you just didn't notice. Oh, and even the controversial perilla leaf...according to JK ...is added sometimes. Remember that. JK had a big debate with the guys that helping someone else with these perilla leaves could end in marriage!
One of the first cultural things I noticed when discovering BTS was what big bites of food they took. At first I just thought it was a growing boy thing. But no. Women and men stuff as much food into their mouth as possible with each bite.
Josh and Ollie who produce the channel Korean Englishmen which you have been watching. You know the English school Boys training in the Korean Navy. Well they have another channel called Jolly where they go to restaurants and taste food. Since they've both lived in Korea they have maintained the culture of eating big bites. It has been especially fun watching them come to the US and continue those huge big bites when tasting American food. I would love for you to watch some of their eating shows. And go back and watch the series before they brought the boys to the training camp. They brought them to Korea for 2 weeks for their high school graduation present. The boys discovered Seoul and lots of delicious Korean foods. It's delightful to watch.
Watch "Brits try New York Pizza for the first time!!" Josh and Ollie, trying your favorite food... Pizza! They need to take you along on their food trials.
And watch "Brits try the Best Pizzas in New York!". Or "Brits try the best Burgers in NewYork!" There are hundreds of food tasting videos from these guys!

I mean usually when a band is set up, everyone gets a special role and a personality, and I believe BTS members have their real, mixed personalities, not fitting to a simple scheme... When watching NCT, it was much easier. OK, Haechan is the annoying boy, Doyoung is the angry mom type etc., but for BTS you do not have these categories, they are more complex. I know they tell Suga is a grandpa and JHope is the sunshine and happiness, but ...
