Forgot to update: yesterday I had bad period cramps and it was hurting so bad ( even with 2 Naproxen pills). Hi beautiful souls My niece is not even 2 years old and was born with a foot deformity , it goes badly inwards from the ankles and on both feet , her toes are like claws not being able to unfold them . Update, so my cramps came back and once again I'm playing this and as soon as I started playing I felt instant relief. Rn its a sharp pain but it's a good one, before my pain stops I always get a big one, butt this time it's just a bit of prickling before my pain stops. I don't use headphones for my subs and I listen overnight only Bc I get good results like that so I'm surprised of getting results while awake. I am on some medicine due to my flu

Update, so my cramps came back and once again I'm playing this and as soon as I started playing I felt instant relief. Rn its a sharp pain but it's a good one, before my pain stops I always get a big one, butt this time it's just a bit of prickling before my pain stops. I don't use headphones for my subs and I listen overnight only Bc I get good results like that so I'm surprised of getting results while awake. I'll listen overnight Nd update later:)

I'm back once again. My period ends tmmrw but On the first day, I put this on before a nap and once again, the cramps left. The pain was bearable but when it ended it came back:(
edit- it’s october and i just got my period. the medicine didn’t work and my cramps are awfulll.. this music always soothes them though💞they aren’t gone yet like on the first listen.. but they should be disappearing within 3 listens

Soothing. Currently living alone an hour out from medical testing and running a fever. Since I masked and washed and avoided people in general, IF this is Covid, I didn't invite it home. But I'm on my own with it, with no idea where it came from -- unless I didn't sanitize something in the mail adequately. So far, it's not bad, but I'm playing this video and the Spooky2 Corona specific frequencies (they're here on TH-cam).
Of course, it could turn out to be something I ate -- but that doesn't account for the couple of weeks I just spent feeling "off" before my guts erupted (so to speak) and I had the asthma-like attack.
Frankly, it could be a lot worse, but I pay attention to my body, take Vit D, eat mindfully and drink a lot of distilled water.
