Nope, you can do it anytime. Need to beat NMSV on platinum difficulty + all objectives complete + no zone lost + no player getting down to get it.
Looking for some Good gamers to do this with.

Nightmare survival spawn will change every week, other than that, it will change every game

nothing fancy.2 Ult DMG, Ability Radius, Draw & Reload Speed, Foul Arrow & Fire Master and Executioner perk instead of ability cooldown reduc.
