there only 9 daily's, but to complete Weekly 10 is needed. Am i missing something?

I heard one of the heroics might be bugged and not progressing the weekly, but if thats not the case they sometimes do that to make you do another daily/heroic the next day. Happens with the Dantooine event weekly for example.
