hey, just letting you know the pen is supposed to go on the lower half of the tablet not the middle, I almost made the same mistake and almost lost my pen lol

The pen doesn’t stick well in the middle. The magnets are in the lower part of that side. And the responsiveness is actually quite good, I made a mistake in the beginning. I was almost not touching the pen and then I thought it was not responding well too. It is not exactly like a pencil. While I’m drawing on paper, even when I use a very light touch, there is still a graphite mark on the paper. The tablet, if it is very light touch, may not respond at all. Sometimes is better to change the color, in case you need a lighter shade
Honestly if I had one tablet and it was time for me to open it, my family would sit around me and look and say “open it” I can’t rly stay alone with my fam and my father or my uncle would be like: share it to your sister ok?? 🤣

The bag that the tablet comes in has a little thing that sticks put at the top of the bag so you can grab it to take the tablet out of the box, but it looks like yours might have been underneath the tablet so you couldnt see it or use it! I just got this tablet in the mail yesterday, yay!

For a drawing app I like medibang paint, but there's people who like ibis paint and autodesk sketchbook! On medibang paint you can enable the "palm rejection" mode on the app settings. The journal could also be fun! 😊

@@elisejanssens3603 😂☺️ So I use the keyboard when my online lectures are at a faster pace or more detailed, it just makes things easier. Functionally it works really well and the battery life lasts quite a while only issue I've noticed is (doesn't really bother me) is the keyboard is a bit loud lol, but at the price (£20) its expected also some of the symbol buttons haven't been coded correctly but I'm gonna see if I can fix that. 💖💫
Hahaha, I was considering getting an ipad but then decided on Samsung since most the devices I've owned have been Samsung and it was working out a bit cheaper 👍 There's also older Samsung models if you want something more budget friendly, which I somehow forgot to look into when buying my tab 🤦♀️😂
Im getting a more budget tablet because in my country tab s6 lite is really expensive and i found a huawei one that can use a stylus that u can buy and also gets a free cover from the original huawei i really want that keyboard tho because idk why it just looks cool but yeah im probably gonna get it around february so excited for it!!

Do you think a Samsung tab will work for me, I recently just want a tablet to draw and write for an affordable price. Ppl suggest me to get the iPad. Heyy!! I've not had a lot of experience with apple if I'm honest, I've mostly stuck to Samsung lol. But if you've tried Samsung and like how it feels for you then I'd say go for it! It's all a matter of preference in the end. I wasn't really helpful haha sorry about that ☺️💖💖

Hi!! Yeah I've been hearing about the pen tip wearing out but I can't say much myself since I've not had the tablet for long, only a week or so. I've ordered a screen protector but in terms of the nib, depending on the screen protectors quality it may actually wear the one down 😓 But as a general, I chose this tablet as when I was comparing it to the iPad I found it works out cheaper and it has greater storage capacity and I'm accustomed to using android so it would just feel more comfortable for me in general. Yeah the tip will wears off especially the black one because the tip is more soft? (Idk how to describe it) than the blue/pink one but it take times. So i don't recommend getting matte protector. I used glass protector and for me it doesn't effect me when im drawing or writing. Plus you can buy the s6 pen tip to replace it (i used it too)
I've had mine for about 4 months now. I use a glass screen protector and I draw daily and the tip hasn't worn down yet. But I also bought a pack of replacement tips on eBay just incase.
@@teddette6279 it wasn't any particular brand. The replacement tips for the tab S4, tab s3 and note 8 & 9 styluses are all compatible with the s6 lite. So if you go on ebay and search replacement tips for those styluses you should be able to get them. I testes the tips i got with my s6 lite and they worked well
btw the pens deal spot is farther down then you first put it, took me awhile to figure out too, but the actual magnets a little farther down instead of in the middle
haha, yeah I've gotten the hang of it now! Lowkey wish it was a bit lower so that I can access the volume buttons whilst the pen is attached tho, if that makes sense lol.
Does this tablet have dex mode ? Can i use this to edit videos as well? Like transfer files from.a camera to edit can it handle it? I'm not too sure about dex mode since I've never used it and I don't really know how to go about doing that 😂 sorry about that 😖 But I've been using my tab to edit videos on kinemaster and it seems to be running really well, I actually film using my phone and then use nearby share to send the videos etc to the tab wirelessly. Idk how/if that work for an actual camera, but you can transfer files etc from a USB eith the help of an adapter...Sorry I'm not of much help 😖😭 But yesssss the new tab looks good but I opted for the older one ofc 😂

@@lulubrucal2077 So far I'd say it's running really well, I've not had any issues with it lagging or freezing when editing or in general. Everything seems to load really quickly and efficiently but I have only had the tab for about/near a month so that could change with time 🤷♀️💖
Hows the screen brightness for media viewing like for TH-cam & Netflix apps? 😁 Very tempted to get this but then I may plan to wait for the upcoming Tab S7 Lite (rumoured this June). 😄
Haha, no problem. I decided to go for flagship Tab S7 since I usually use my devices for quite long term, so figured might as well go for flagship, lol. Really enjoying Samsungs Tab experience in general. Tab S7 is quite the beast, and highly recommended too for all looking for a Tab and hv a higher budget 😁👍
s6 lite is really a good starting point for digital drawing, hands down. There's also the tab a8 with s pen, if you're on a really tight budget but wants a tablet to draw on.

Heyy! It all depends on what sort of software you'll be running since laptops are more powerful than tabs. I use my tab for online school also, it runs my lectures smoothly and then I take notes on PowerPoint and samsung notes which seems to be doing a good job atm. Hope that helps 💖

Heyy! I edit using kinemaster, I like to edit on my tablet these days but it's just as easy to edit on your phone (given your phone isn't too small lol). I have an S8plus so the screen isn't too small to edit on. I hope that helps!!

No, the keyboard isn't included with tablet. I think some countries had offers on to get a free keyboard with the tablet but we didn't get that here in the UK 😭

@@elisejanssens3603 😂☺️ So I use the keyboard when my online lectures are at a faster pace or more detailed, it just makes things easier. Functionally it works really well and the battery life lasts quite a while only issue I've noticed is (doesn't really bother me) is the keyboard is a bit loud lol, but at the price (£20) its expected also some of the symbol buttons haven't been coded correctly but I'm gonna see if I can fix that. 💖💫

Hey I usually own apple devices. I had a 2010 iPad that stop working. I also own an iPhone. Do you think a Samsung tab will work for me, I recently just want a tablet to draw and write for an affordable price. Ppl suggest me to get the iPad. But I just don't feel like spending to much on an iPad atm. Plus I'm previously used a Samsung tablet and I really like it

Hi!! Yeah I've been hearing about the pen tip wearing out but I can't say much myself since I've not had the tablet for long, only a week or so. I've ordered a screen protector but in terms of the nib, depending on the screen protectors quality it may actually wear the one down 😓
But as a general, I chose this tablet as when I was comparing it to the iPad I found it works out cheaper and it has greater storage capacity and I'm accustomed to using android so it would just feel more comfortable for me in general. I hope that helps! ✌❤ Sorry I couldn't be of more help 😓🙏
Yeah the tip will wears off especially the black one because the tip is more soft? (Idk how to describe it) than the blue/pink one but it take times. So i don't recommend getting matte protector. I used glass protector and for me it doesn't effect me when im drawing or writing. Plus you can buy the s6 pen tip to replace it (i used it too)
I've had mine for about 4 months now. I use a glass screen protector and I draw daily and the tip hasn't worn down yet. But I also bought a pack of replacement tips on eBay just incase.

@@teddette6279 it wasn't any particular brand. The replacement tips for the tab S4, tab s3 and note 8 & 9 styluses are all compatible with the s6 lite.
So if you go on ebay and search replacement tips for those styluses you should be able to get them.
I testes the tips i got with my s6 lite and they worked well

btw the pens deal spot is farther down then you first put it, took me awhile to figure out too, but the actual magnets a little farther down instead of in the middle
haha, yeah I've gotten the hang of it now! Lowkey wish it was a bit lower so that I can access the volume buttons whilst the pen is attached tho, if that makes sense lol.

I'm not too sure about dex mode since I've never used it and I don't really know how to go about doing that 😂 sorry about that 😖 But I've been using my tab to edit videos on kinemaster and it seems to be running really well, I actually film using my phone and then use nearby share to send the videos etc to the tab wirelessly. Idk how/if that work for an actual camera, but you can transfer files etc from a USB eith the help of an adapter...Sorry I'm not of much help 😖😭
But yesssss the new tab looks good but I opted for the older one ofc 😂
I just use the tablet as it is, so Idk much about any extra features like using it in a pc setup...I wish I could be of more help 😩

@@lulubrucal2077 So far I'd say it's running really well, I've not had any issues with it lagging or freezing when editing or in general. Everything seems to load really quickly and efficiently but I have only had the tab for about/near a month so that could change with time 🤷♀️💖

Heyy! It all depends on what sort of software you'll be running since laptops are more powerful than tabs. I use my tab for online school also, it runs my lectures smoothly and then I take notes on PowerPoint and samsung notes which seems to be doing a good job atm.

No, the keyboard isn't included with tablet. I think some countries had offers on to get a free keyboard with the tablet but we didn't get that here in the UK 😭
