HANDWERKER - Making wooden chair

This is a standard chair made of white oak.
It was made in a slightly lowered form to match the height of the tabletop and the backrest of the chair.
The seat plate processing was processed using CNC and excluded from the image.
At the request of the client, the modern feeling was emphasized, and a lot of emphasis was placed on the details so that the unique texture of the wood could be felt intact.
The combination of square-shaped square and straight lines gives a graceful feeling.
Pure wooden chairs require a lot of work and seem to be more difficult.

배경음악 고른다고 시간 엄청써요 ㅎㅎ
좌판은 cnc가공인데 매번 비슷해서 제외시켰습니다.
트리밍 플레인이고 목공에서 아주 유용합니다.
각끌기가 없으면 손이 너무 많이가서 비추천하고 화이트오크가 워낙 단단해서 아마 힘이 많이 드실겁니다.
폼 브러쉬는 우선 전체 면적에 고르게 바르는데 유용합니다. 게다가 깔끔한 작업 환경은 덤이죠 ㅎㅎ
오일은 상황에 따라 많이 다른데 팀버렉스 하드왁스오일을 하도에 칠하고 상도마감으로는 보통 오스모 3101노말 클리어를 사용합니다. 간혹 셀락을 하도로 사용하는 경우도 많습니다.
