The evo is made for theo , and the lm Brazilian fom the season pass.
The extension thing is the bare minimum but because we are so used to ea mismanaging every situation when they finally do something competent everyone praises them
for it.
Usually i agree, but considering it was purely Sony's fault, its not bare minimum, Ea did not have to do anything in this case
Samuel Lino looks nuts in the evo you can also give him anticipate, he will be a pure LM with jockey anticipate and intercept playstyle to even out his low defending. Incisive+ and Whipped+ so he can find your strikers in multiple ways. 90 rated and with an Engine chem style his ingame stats go to 95 as LM
Hey Nep, this Evolution today reminded me of a topic, I'd love to hear your opinion about: the current state of "Overall Ratings" in EA FC.
I was reminded of that with this new LB-Evolution, when a lot of my players would have fit, hadn't it been for the solely reason of them having a too high rating (mostly 89). It got me thinking again, that very often the Overall-Rating does not reflect the "Overall-Ingame-Stats" (like EVOs that gave 2 OV-rating but no ingame-stats)
It led me to the question, if "Overall-Ratings", however nostalgic, are still necessary, since now EA seem to want to involve Stat-Limits to control EVO-outcomes.
So to be constructive, I want to propose two ways this could be dealt with:
1) The first way is just that, the complete removal of "Overall-Rating", as a visible trait of the card and a limiting factor in EVOs. It would leave the question how to deal with it in SBCs but i'm sure there would be solutions, e.g. like "Total-Ingame-Stats" or something like that.
2) The second way would make Overall-Rating directly dependend of Ingame-Stats. That means it would even be affected by chemistry-styles. In my mind the factor, how much each stat would be affected, is depending on the Position and the Role in the formation. So for example Henry as a Striker with a Role++ would have a higher Rating than the same Henry as a Left-Wing with only a Role+. This could also lead to more interesting SBCs because now it would matter more who you put in and in which constellation.
I would love to hear your thoughts on that, and anyone else here, who would like to join in,

The thing is in career mode they already partially have this. Depending on the players main position their rating changes (you should always check because academy players are usually wrong position) and futbin has it implemented so you can see actual ratings based on stats even with chem styles so it’s not impossible or groundbreaking for them to add it. Kinda weird that it isnt in FUT

theres some healthy LM's for the evo, doesnt necessarily have to be LB if a LM can also play LB, the first season card you get at like level 7/8 is a good fit

I genuinely don't get why Long Throw get's so much slack as an PS... I find it really handy to have at least one my team. I score loads from it, even in Champs. This weekend I had some Long Throws with my evoed van Ewijk (not even Long Throw+), to FS Sesko who heads the ball to the second post with Sancho and Zidane finishing the chanes. Yes, it's not like Finesse+, Pinged+ but it's not as bad as people think!
Looking for some opinions - just started playing FC25 a couple of weeks ago. Liverpool supporter so have evo’d a few of their players and team is looking good. However, also want to evo up a team of Australians. Question is, do I keep focussing on Liverpool players to get the best possible team, or Aussie players to get a fun/different team that will be shit for a while?
I think the final academy evo is coming Tomorrow. That’s what I’ve read anyways. For someone who wants their fullbacks to be defensive (like me) then this is a pointless evo for 75k.

This is a terrible evo at this stage in the game. Take an average LB that doesnt get into your starting XI and turn them into an average winger that wont get into your starting XI. So out of touch with the cards people have in their teams, and this coming from a guy who has a full arsenal team.
It's good for when you're in a close game and you want to play more defensively you bring them on for your winger. Players like Winter wildcard Nuno Mendes are perfect for that role that's who im gonna use it on

Just isn’t a good sbc is it? Poor dribbling for a taller player. Shocking passing with no passing playstyles. Utter waste of an sbc. Ea yet again reluctant to give a decent boost for an icon sbc.
