    మూత్రం ఎక్కువ అయితే ఇబ్బంది ఏమిటో? నీరు, ద్రవాలు శరీరానికి మంచివేగా! ఒంటి లోని మలినాలు బయటకు పోతాయి, అదేఆరోగ్యం !మద్యం లాంటివి కూడదు గాని, ఆరోగ్యకరమైన ఆహారంతో ఎన్ని సార్లు మూత్రానికి వెళ్ళినా యేమీ నష్టం లేదు,పైగా ఎన్నో లాభాలు వస్తాయి , urine ను ఆపి బిగపడితే అనారోగ్యం 🙏🙏🙏😀
