it seems like they do haha and I genuinely think that they will continue to get along throughout this year because this year is all about pushing the TEAM forward rather than trying to beat each other which Carlos has also mentioned a few times.
carlos and lando got along well only when cameras where on, as they both said they did not get along well in the back-scene

Both Carlos and Charles are very professional and respectful. They'll get along fine, just dont expect them to clown around, this is F1 after all. Even Lando is getting serious.

Carlos is such a mature guy and always being a big brother to his younger teammate. He always made a good approach and made it a natural chemistry. I don't think there's a guy like him on the grid right now in terms of making a good approach to the teammate. As fun as Danny Ric does, but he's not the best guy to become a good teammate, also Danny Ric is a killer and wants to make his teammate's career ends.
