Welcome to the Meadowood Baptist Church messages online by Dr. Bob Rutherford, pastor. Our pastor continues his message on “False Teachers” with how followers of Christ can resist false teaching. Each of us must be totally devoted to Jesus Christ and have a growing knowledge of His Word. We must recognize our need to be dependent on the Holy Spirit and we need the teaching ministry of the church. Relying on feelings or someone’s ability to quote scripture can be misleading. False teachers can make you feel good, they can be charming, and they can quote scripture but misconstrue its meaning.
