Catan takes at least five hours to compete if you play with the right people(aka my family). Because of that, I’ve never finished a game of Catan in my life. The longest I’ve gone was about three hours.
Catan is one of my favorite board games, I play multiple times a week with family. I just bought my first expansion pack (totally worth it). You can also play on your phone, to see if you'd like it before buying, or just for fun.
I love how I found this because we got the game for Xmas and now today we got the Seafarers expansion and I'm trying to learn how to setup and play it before we play it tonight 😂😂
Reminds me of the other great boardgame I found, it's an expansion boardgame, the more your chtr move around, the more of the board expands in that area.
Icelandic Vikings were actually far more advanced in terms of being hygienic than most modern people In fact the American judicial system takes some key elements from the Icelandic judicial system and governing. Such as the allthingy. (Jury duty within a democratic government) They were not brutal savages just I’m normally good at strategizing and conquering I highly recommend anybody look into Iceland‘s history. I highly encourage learning about this little island nation. We have much more th learn from them.
Literally fucking racists animations and it wasn't strictly Icelandic vikings just generally the Scandinavian peoples and sins the rest och Scandinavia mainly norway is where the vikings who went and settled iceland is from and vikings from Iceland where the first to colonies and go to the American continent there for "discovering" it yet columbus gets al credit because he popularised a route and starting trading on bigger scale. And there's also some sources stating he went to Iceland a few years prior to "discovering America" so some theories that he just learnd it from Iceland
Nobody talking about how this man depicted Norwegian people? I mean Viking weren’t the smartest but they where the earliest people to make a form of steel
