The best time I have ever seen a spoonbill (eurasian btw) was at a place nearer Scotland. I had no idea they were even going to be there at first but then I quickly realised they were due to how many there were. The only other time I have seen them is at a place called Arne. If you for whatever reason go down to the UK I would highly recommend you go there as although I have only been there once I have so far seen Eurasian Spoonbills, Ospreys, Great Egrets, Little Egrets, Forster's Terns, Common Seals, Curlews, Avocets, Shelducks and maybe the best of all of them, White Tailed Eagles.
That's always so hard to pick. I really like so many bird. My favorite family of birds are waterfowl, but i also really like corvids. But as far as individual species there are just so many to choose from.

That's really cool man. If I ever make it over there I will try to keep that place in mind!
