For me I clung to Isaiah 53 when first I read it regarding physical healing needed after Jesus Christ saved me from myself. It is a journey. Not instant. Years really. Overcoming bronchitis that I had from a child. Holy Spirit leading.

I gave up almost all music about 2 years ago. I have been listening to a Christian group called His Estate, really beautiful, acoustic gospel music. I listen to some classical now, and I am very careful of music with lyrics, even if it is packaged as "Christian." I would suggest anyone search 20 Schemes music song called "Take Heart." When you find it, listen to the whole Playlist. Talk about goosebumps and tears of joy. No electric guitars, no crazy drumming, no smoke machines, and no strobe lights. Just beautiful music about the Lord Jesus Christ.
