6:58 STORY TIME: So, my wife and I have 3 kids and all our children were born at the same hospital (at seprate times). All 3 times on top of having a wrist band our babies had an ankle bracelet. Now, it is worth adding that said ankle bracelet was an electronic tracking device and would set off an alarm for the whole FRICKEN floor should you even THINK about getting a millimeter too close to the elevator doors that of which would lock down the entire floor. I'm talking defcon 5 nurses jumping over bullpins with machine guns like it's Vietnam. As a parent made me feel good knowing that my child was safe but also made me understand what behooed them to be so vigilant especially in this day in age.
If that alarm went off, at my local hospital, the entire place would go into lockdown, until the all clear was given. you would be surprised, how many NUTJOBS try to kidnap infants, from the maternity ward.
Yea they do that at all childrens hospitals now for all ages (that I know of at least) except they put in on your wrist if you’re older than a toddler you would have to ask them permission for the patient to leave the floor so they disarm the band or else this PIERCING screech would go off around the whole floor and it wouldn’t be able to be silenced for at least 10 minutes made it hell for the rest of us trying to sleep😣

The reason for the "No selfies in the bathroom" is most likely so that no one can take pictures of others who are in the bathroom and then use the excuse "I was taking a mirror selfie"

I actually bought a friend “The Book With No Pictures” back in 2015 when my she was pregnant, and as a teenager, I thought it was the goofiest thing. I forgot the title and had really wanted to get that book for my son now…thanks Robin for helping me find that book again!
Alright. In defense of drones, a girl on a podcast did something about this program in San Diego. Im not saying it doesn't have potential to be abused; however, a drone can give more impartial information than some 911 callers.
A study was apparently done to see how cops react when told a suspect has a gun versus when they weren't. I dont remember the exact numbers, but when give accurate information, the situation was resolved much more peacefully than when given bad info

I don't understand the "no back-in parking" thing. Its actually safer to reverse park as when you drive off you're facing the right way and have better visibility.
Possibly because the sidewalk is so close to the parking lot, that when people back in (it's often larger vehicles that do this, and trucks especially will have a lot of overhang) they will block the sidewalk and make it in accessible. Or it's someone grumpy. But I have run into the issue with trucks especially if they leave their tow hitch on!

robin, i hope you see this comment, i live in an apartment complex that made a rule about 2 months ago, nose in parking only, no back in or you get towed, and its because someone who was having battery problems with their car parked back in on the SINGLE LINE OF PARKING THAT THE RULE APPLIES TO and left their car running for about 30 minutes. the reason for the rule, “the car exhaust will go into the apartments” and the rule legit only applies to the single line of apartments, and its across every fucking parking space that we cant park back in

Man the standing in parking space really pisses me off I live in a block of flats we have a parking lot but no designated spaces you park where ever but this one couple has decided they own this one space and the guy calls when he is on his way home so she can go out and stand in the space they even confront random people if they see them parking there . My mum came to visit and parked in the spot just as she was walking g to block the space she fucking followed my mum to my door demanding she moves and accusing her of not being a resident or being there to visit a resident
That $ hit would get old quick.
