@@calronske1853 Yea your right. I think a lot of people here in Detroit are of the mindset that there's only 1 way to go from 15-2 and that's down. People are saying we had everything lined up so perfectly with the 1 seed and that's why this loss hurts more than last year losing in the NFC championship. I'll admit though, Barkley probably would have lit us up if we played the Eagles. Our defense had SO MANY injuries it was stupid. But your right. We still have a great coach and a whole team of great players so hopefully we'll be alright.
Love it time to be in season champs now but please consider trading down in the draft we need both lines fixed therefore we can still grab a good o lineman in the first but not as early and we can get more picks such as another second which would help a lot so please consider trading down to get some more good talent in here but give you guys credit for getting Johnson
You want more rookie offensive linemen. Haven't the Bears failed down that path already. It generally takes years for o-linemen to gel and play as a unit. All o-line problems these past years can be labeled as problems of maturation and not talent. I think the draft is a good place to get d-linemen, but very few o-linemen are good in their first few seasons. If you got the patience for more rookies on the o-line, then power to you. You obviously don't have the patience to learn how to write well (Is that all one sentence?), so drafting o-linemen will probably be a problem for you.
What the hell is this? A press conference inside of a press conference? The media does not need more. They need to be the addressed as the outside noise that needs to be ignored and that's all. These media sessions are so ridiculous and pointless. This relationship needs to be changed. It has been so damaging to this team for many years. The media is not the Bears friend. They should have learned that last season.
This reminds me of when they hired eberflus. Before we put this guy in the HOF he needs to prove himself, not just hopes , dreams and a press conference.
We are definitely getting a RB in this draft and Caleb will definitely be using his legs more it's one of his strong assets. They used 2 RB in Detroit and Goff wasn't a mobile QB , now Ben will have 3 RB with Caleb like we had with Fields. But it will be different from the past.👊🐻👇

The most telling comment of Poles’ session here is the answer to the question posed at 4:37. Very telling, and an example of how ineffective (and that’s being nice) the last offensive staff was.
Poles is front a center when the good comes up, but completely tucks his tail and hides for months when it goes wrong. Nasty work
Why does Ryan Poles still have a job? He’s been here 3 years and our O-line still hasn’t been fixed.
Ben must have been salivating for this HC position after seeing the Bears tank to a 5-12 record and being able to have a hand in the draft.
It's odd that they didn't mention Dennis Allen by name when it seemed yesterday like a done deal that he'll be the DC.
Knowing Ben was supposedly the number one prospect for the job in the eyes of poles and the other make the McCarthy interview and all the other interviews that seemed like questionable candidates a lot better as it shows they really were just trying to make sure they got the best guy.
Y'all better treat Ben Johnson well. That man just might save your franchise. If not, please send him back to us. Signed: depressed Lions fan ☹
REAL lions fan. I’ve seen so many lions “fans” hating on Ben. He did what was best for him and his family
@@Lovey_18 Any Lions fan hating on Ben Johnson is a hypocrite and an idiot who's just upset that we lost. Anyone who's hating on him would let the devil sleep with their wife for 13 million dollars and they know it lol.
Thanx for that but Bear Down
Dude, you guys STILL have a great HC & players. No need to jump off the cliff. Be patient. The Cubs actually did it in my lifetime.
⭐⭐⭐⭐ Texas RB l Jalen Blue!!
@ not saying all rookies there’s a lot of good oline man in free agency but definitely wouldn’t hurt to draft some oline man or defensive lineman lol
Hoge asking about the Rooney rule LMAO 🤦♂️. Maybe he should self reflect on the diversity of that CHGO crew.
Sadly our new racist President will probably butt in and tell the NFL they can only hire white coaches.
🐻🐻🐻
What the hell is this? A press conference inside of a press conference? The media does not need more. They need to be the addressed as the outside noise that needs to be ignored and that's all. These media sessions are so ridiculous and pointless. This relationship needs to be changed. It has been so damaging to this team for many years. The media is not the Bears friend. They should have learned that last season.
This reminds me of when they hired eberflus. Before we put this guy in the HOF he needs to prove himself, not just hopes , dreams and a press conference.
Bears. Bears. Bears. Football. Football. Football
Only thing this organization does is talk. They are great speakers but terrible owners and executives. Bears have a 41% win percentage under McCaskey with no playoff wins. Until McCaskeys sell, expect more of the same
@@mikelasjo6507copy & paste huh? Who is your team stalker?
@@ryanbarongan1129 facts are the facts brother. I'm a bears fan but I don't drink the kool-aid or wear blinders
@@mikelasjo6507you can’t deny this is something we’ve never seen before. Hiring Ben was like getting the #1 pick in coaching hire terms… so shut the fuck up and acknowledge they’re actually all in this time as compared to previous years, so it does feel different
@@mikelasjo6507 hey I’m with you homie but look at recent events. Poles was hired a day before Flus was hired so now Ryan has his QB & his coach. Warren told George to stop being cheap. We are all worried about a 1st time HC but his resume is impressive. He is possibly bringing in his OL coach from Detroit & Dennis Allen as DC. If it doesn’t work out, this regime really went for the home run swing. I believe it when I see it too but man seeing the Lions lose so many coaches, seeing Love isn’t Favre/AR 3.0 & the Vikings being only relevant in the regular season, 4 picks in the top 70 and $60mil+ in cap space, Hard Knocks out of the way, it feels a little different.
How's that organizational style been working out kevin
Who’s the reporter on the right? Tell him to calm down on facial expressions lmao
Mark Grote
@ thank you I found him anyone know if he’s a fan fav or do ppl dislike him?
Poles and Michael McCaskey do not strike me as alphas.
TRADE DOWN IN THE DRAFT
One thing I like about poles is ( get the best talent available on the draft) not like Ryan when he drafted Mitchell having Lamar and mahomes on the draft left !! I love that crap get the best dude available!
Love it but unfortunately can’t say anything till I see change with be a fan and hope for a great offseason helping both lines but done being off season champs actions speak louder than words
The bears problem is incompetence.
My hearts been broke to many times by the bears. I won't get my hopes up this time.
I wouldn't let anyone that would trade Kahlil mack for a sack of potatoes when you paid 3 first rounders for him anywhere near a football organization.
Look how thats worked out so far..worst defense in the league elberflus was bust and you lost MACK a future hall of fame player. the most intelligent move would of been to build the defense around Kahlil Mack.
Sorry thats not ripping it down and building it up. Thats crippling the organization for years to come.
Why didn't we hire harbaugh? Why didn't we keep mack and pass on elberflus. Build aroundthe futureHOF edge?
wouldn't want to look competent?
If Anyone thinks that ALL The Bears Need is a "PLAY CALLER" We're in For a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!! Their problem has VERY LITTLE to do with "Play Calling" This Team SUCKS and Has SUCKED FOR DECADES... They are MILES from any kind of Success... If we win 8 games next year, That would be A LOT!!! The BEARS Find ways to LOSE and have BEEN LOSERS For YEARS... You Don't Just Turn THAT Around... They have LEARNED TO LOSE! Look at all of the Late Game Collapses over the past few years... THAT Is The MARK OF LOSERS!!! I'm F-ING SICK and Tired of ALL of these "MESSIAHS" Trubisky, Fields, Williams, ALL F*CKING LOSERS.... Fox,Nagy, Eberfluss, ALL F*CKING LOSERS... The Bears ARE LOSERS UNTIL THey Prove OTHERWISE! This TEAM SUCKS!!!
Nagy did get get the Bears to win the division in his very first year but then lost in the wild card round of the playoffs
how is cw a loser? he had an ok rookie year just give him some time to develop
You are spot on ! They already have him in the HOF without doing anything. Remember when they hired eberflus and how everyone thought he was the greatest thing since Sid luckman because he touted to take back the north ! How did that work out . This guy is unproven besides being a OC . His play calling with Detroit reminds me a lot of how Nagy called plays and we know how that worked out . Poles , Warren and goofball George a a clown squad
It seem silly to make a black president and a black GM go through the Rooney rule.
I speak for ALL 🐻 fans when I say, “I’m gonna bust !”😂
George has not been a good steward of the Bears. But he is paying Ben enough, and Ben is a bonified star in this league, that he instantly walks in with the power to tell people off. It might not work, but its a good first step, and this is coming from a very negative Bears fan right now.
Thomas Brown for OC or RB coach
God the comments on the TH-cam app on iOS is completely broken lol
Is anyone else hearing the subtle jabs at Caleb to be a pro?
I heard he doesn't 😢listen to fans 🤔
Courtney! ❤
God I love Potsy lol
There should be no confidence in Ryan Poles, same damn answers as when Eberflus was hired. I hope nobody here is relieved or otherwise forgiving on these people. No words of praise should be given until they play the games, because history shows we should not believe a word of it.
You need the player's first
JEANTY
Groady is the best
Did he say Ted Cruz? Please tell me it’s a different one
George is an alpha is crazy
So Warren doesn't listen to the fans?
So, who misses Sweaty Teddy?
Poles can barely hold his excitement
Because he know us Chicago native wanted his ass gone
@@jefftown94and what does that mean? because a bunch of overly emotional "grown" men and women who couldn't do this man's job in a million years give their unintelligent criticism without any intelligent context. He took a GM job without a fair shot to hire "his" head coach to begin with came into a dumpster fire of an organization and yeah not to mention his skin complexion will never help I don't care what you say, but in back to back season he's landed you the number one QB that was hyped up to be the next generational guy, as well as the hiring the most sought after young offensive-minded head coach. Got Caleb by fleecing the Carolina Panthers also giving you an All-Pro caliber receiver in DJ Moore and a another high quality pick in this upcoming draft with the #39 pick also stolen from the Panthers cleared up your cap space giving the Bears top 10 Capital going into 2025 and yet all you cry babies did was acknowledge his failures; which is more than okay to critique ones success and failures, but you none intelligent Bears fans act like he walked into a successful situation just because you've been around longer than any other organization doesn't mean you're a good organization to go to; Meanwhile he was groomed by the Kansas City chief's who are one game away from their third consecutive Super Bowl appearance with the chance of being three time consecutive Super Bowl champions. but all you guys want to do is whine and complain because your "real life" has no substance it's a damn game first and foremost so why put so much negative energy into it when all you have to do is turn your attention elsewhere if you don't like the results of what you're watching, but that would make too much sense. I just want all you miserable fans to wallow in his success this season because it's common and it took a lot of obstacles for it to get to where it is now many losses many mistakes, but at the same time a man who actually really wants to see this organization be successful, even grooming a partner in Ian Cunningham to soon become a GM elsewhere, but all you cry baby fans do is make everyone pay for the sins of their father meaning doesn't matter how crappy those were before him you want someone to come in with a magic wand and take a organization that was not ran by the best football Minds and now make it an instant success. 🐻⬇️ to all the patient and supportive Bears fans that actually spend their hard earned money and support their team through thick & thin this day is about you guys!
