  • In this video, I am going to show how you can add a partial payment option to WooCommerce products.
    Learn More: www.wpxpo.com/woocommerce-par...
So, first of all, go to the all addons section and turn on the partial payment addon. Now, explore the setting options. From where you can add custom text for various fields and also can choose payment status from the drop-down. You can disable any of the available payment methods as well.
Then go to a product page for which you want to add a partial payment option. Click on the ProductX partial payment tab and click on the check box to enable it. Then choose a deposit type, you can either add a fixed amount or a percentage of the total amount of the product. That's all now update the product page and see how it looks at the front end.
Here you can see that the customers will now be able to choose a partial payment option. Then they can add the product to the cart. Now, you can see that the total amount of the product has been divided into two, which are the deposit and future payment.
Now, click on the button to go to the checkout page. From where we can choose any of the available payment methods to pay the deposit amount. For now, I am using bank transfer but you can make any payment methods available for the customers and it will work properly with the partial payment option.
You probably thinking about how the customers can make the due payment. Well, there are two ways to do that, first of all, they can make the payment from the order receipt page or later from their order dashboard. For that, the customers need to go to their my account section and then to the order page.
Here the customer can view the order details and if any order was placed with a partial payment option it will also include a button to pay the due amount.
You can also enable the partial payment option to variables for products. For that, you have to configure partial payment for all of the variations of the product. So that the customer will see the partial payment after choosing a variation.
That's all from this video. You can learn more about the partial payment from the blog post and the link will be in the description. Don't forget like subscribe and share this video.

We have a board foot calculator on some of our wood products. The customer inputs height, width, and length and the calculator determines board feet then multiplies it by the $ per board foot for that product. Is your Deposits Plugin able to use the Calculated Product Price to determine the Deposit amount ?
