    I liked the part where you mention video conferencing. I hadn't thought of that as a step for initializing a business relationship. Interesting thing, to utilize available technology in this process to the fullest degree. It's definitely something to look into or keep in mind for the future. Lots to learn. Thanks Chastin!

      Chastin J. Miles I’m about 2 weeks away from testing and call me crazy ( some realtors I’ve talked to have) but I know that I want to start with buyers; I’ve been shadowing agents and I just love that energy, excitement, nerves that I see from buyer clients. Unfortunately most things I see and follow have a lot about listing, shooting photos, etc. and little about helping the buyers so any advice or direction where to look to is wonderful and greatly appreciative. Either way keep up these wonderful videos cause I always learn from you and just thanks so much.

    First, never say I want to be honest with you, BIG NO NO in my industry! So what does that mean - the rest of the time your not honest with the client? I would remove that word from your vocabulary if I were you.

    • @neetrab
      @neetrab 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      It's supposed to be a given that you're honest all the time, but saying "I want to be honest with you", in my opinion, doesnt mean the other info was false info. It's just something comforting to hear, unless people have the same thoughts you do regarding that phrase.
