if there's 1,000s of results for the patent and you don't see it on the first few pages, should you dig deeper or just figure it's okay since there are multiple people selling the same design on amazon?
I meant that when I searched my main word it showed a bunch of design patents that we completely different and not the same so I couldn't find my exact product design on it. However, on Amazon there are multiple people selling the exact same design, just different colors and packaging so I figured it was good to go.
I gotta ask a Q thats been bugging me, after exhausting research you find ur niche and product, its all good and u decide to import, now in the mean time someones have done their homework like u, and while ur just importing ,they have theirs already being shipped or already in FBA, meaning, when u get ur product to FBA, market already saturated. Also if u do import product that exists, do u list under buy box or private? thx
