Excuse me, 'Sweet Caroline' by Neil Diamond.

This was the loudest performance in Glastonbury history, and you can really feel it even through the video.
That’s insane the loudest !! I’ve been to a few festivals and I remember seeing RHCP live and that was out of this world 90,000 singing a song!!
That's probably like 100.000 singing your song, imagine a million people was there.
Thats funny u say that. U gotta see the Glastonbury 17' i think it was. I used to watch it on tv and would see the people going NUTS!!!!!! No exaggeration they ain't miss one word and they were on shoulders dancing etc. Crazy. Of course thats how it is there with all performances but it was just different with this song. I had never seen it like that before. Pure anthem way of getting down to it. And now i see what u say here and in some other comments here they're saying it IS an anthem for British kids so i guess i wasn't mistaken lol. By the way....why the hell are they not putting those festivals on tv no more?!?!?! I miss it so much. The channel Paladia helped me so much through a dark ass time in my life. Damnit.
Loudest in Glasto history, and the crowd STILL almost drowns them out in places. What a performance, and what an audience.
I was in Vegas in 2004. Waiting outside a shopping mall as they say! And a local guy heard my northern English accent asked which bands were big in the UK at that moment. I said 'The Killers are doing really well!'. 'Where are they from?' was the reply! True story! 😂
When the crowd sings louder than your amplifiers...It's a KILLER from THE KILLERS.
I don't remember learning the lyrics to this song. I swear it's just implanted into u at birth. What a tune!
Especially if you're British
The song that will literally never die
Melissa yup because its an iconic part of british culture😂

An American song that makes me feel the most British feeling ever and I’m Asian

I don't know why, but just the sound of 50-something thousand people singing "I NEVER!" at 3:15 gives me absolute goosebumps.
try double that. the pyramid stage field is estimated it can hold over 100k people for the closing sets
The glasgow gig is even better
3:15-3:30 as an artist, hearing thousands sing along loudly to your song must be a dream come true. Especially almost 20 years later.

Johnie is the cherry on top
In an interview Johnnie just picked up and practiced the song in the dressing room, just before coming on
The drummer is killing it. Love the occasionally confused look on the bassist.
I think that's because the song was supposed to be wrapped up, but Ronnie was having too much fun and gave them another 2 minutes. Even Johnny Marr looks round like 'WTF' 😂
Imagine the biggest crowd in the world singing your song - word for word. What a feeling.
And add legendary guitarist join you on the stage
Paddy Thomson and mostly in unison! It’s quite amazing to have such a trained audience who knows every syllable, tempo, and quirk
Well not quite the biggest crowd in the world. We all know that was at Trump’s inauguration.
rockzs74r to quote Brandon “Johnny fucking Marr” + he sang ‘this charming man’ much better than Morrissey
Paddy Thomson not even close to the biggest crowd. Metallica played in front of 500,000 people in Moscow. Rod Stewart played in front of 3 million people in Brazil...
The best thing to see is how happy the killers were to be performing infront of such a mad British crowd

Percussionists in general are so underappreciated but yes, give this man a legend. He's a really good drummer.

He Was Doing It Like He Was Fighting For His Life He Was Dying (Sweating)
I don’t know who is enjoying it the most the band or the crowd . Incredible
I love the way Brandon looks at Johnny. Even your heroes have heroes.
I've seen Brendon Urie get tired of playing "I write sins", I've seen Fall Out Boy get tired of playing "Sugar, we're going down", and bands who shy away from playing their hit song. Yet The Killers and especially Brandon brings the same energy as I watch this performance online to when I first saw them live in Sydney. Amazingly enough, Mr. Brightside still remains on the 100 Singles List to this day since its release.
I can't help but understand why they wouldn't be tired of playing the same song. But at the same time seeing The Killers play this Iconic song with so much energy is just amazing
Well those bands never wrote a song as great as Mr. Brightside

One of the greatest things about The Killers is Brandon's clear delivery and professionalism. They deliver for their audience as opposed to getting lost in self indulgence. Love them. Saw them in Southampton at the Guildhall as part of the NME tour before they were big and loved them since.
