I actually fixed a beef bottom roast with carrots and onions, garlic mash potatoes and fresh broccoli. I know your green beans were the bomb. There's nothing like fresh green beans. A piece of salt pork and smoke jowl. I'm twittellin my fork right now. Amen

Just a tip Tennessee North on the macaroni and cheese and the foil pan put it on a cookie sheet pan. WOW, roast looked delicious my family don't eat it but I love it gotta find me a small one. You did that on the meal just the corn bread was left out,anyway thumbs up.Yes yes,,.

It depends on your stove, some cook hotter than others. I cook mine on 350 for 2 1/2 hours and it depends on how much roast you have, for sure 2 hours 👌🏾

What cut of roast are you cooking. My first love is Chuck roast. Marbled with just the right amt of fat…. Cooked slowly or pressured to tender.
