Thanks for making this! I was considering swinging by there after work tomorrow to try the beer brats to make Chicago dogs this weekend. Meat has been really putting me off lately and upsetting my stomach, so I wanted to start finding other ways to make my favorite foods, but was kinda nervous to try meatless meat. (I've only ever had their bacon on a pizza before, but it was good) this video was SO helpful!! I'm gonna try them out!
YAY! That's amazing! Yes- definitely try their beer brats, they're delicious. They have so many amazing meats and cheeses, we highly recommend the BBQ ribs too when you've eased into vegan meat. Tell them we sent you!
Hands down both of the ribs are incredible. We also liked the different steak options as they have really good flavor. Some friends of ours just brought us the ribeye steaks recently and they were fantastic but we tried the porterhouse in this video which is also good.

This looks delicious! I know I keep saying this, but you guys are showing some amazing Vegan options! Not very huge into vegan, but you are convincing me!
I think they offered samples of the cheese, but can't remember about everything else. We started with the sandwich that had a few different meats in it, so we could get a sense of what we were working with.

There are sooooo many good options there! We love the Herbivorous Butcher and would stop there again without question!
