interesting, but isn't the "steadycam" a company and device in it's own right, owned by Garrett Brown?, NOT tiffen, who make filters for dslr still cameras.

I've always preferred steadicam stabilizers and for the last 3 years been using a gimbal. I am considering going back to a steadicam or glidecam
They are different tools with different applications. The challenge can be convincing the powers that be which is the right tool for the job.

the M-2 sled comes with the Steadicam 12" dovetail but not an Arri dovetail
