Mark's "ya boy" is so hype!!! So nice to know that Doyoung had inputs in that line. Truly, you can feel everyone's efforts by hearing how good a song is.

That "yeah boy" or more like "yeah, boyeeeeee!" is iconic. First introduced by Flavor Flav with Public Enemy back in the late 80's/early 90's. It is a staple in hip-hop history. So to hear Mark doing it in this song in the K-pop genre is so cool and iconic in its own right.

I love how Baggy Jeans allows Doyoung's lower voice to shine. It's not that often for him to utilize his lower voice in NCT songs, hence I appreciate this song a bit more. Not to mention, he sounds insanely good, as always! As expected from our main vocalist and my absolute favourite singer, Kim Doyoung 💕
i swear mark is a genius. he walks into the studio with a clear vision of what he wants to sound like and it coincides with what the producers want too. he just knows how to make a song sound good ugh i love him so much!!!

Love hearing their thoughts in the beginning of which song to choose. It was cool seeing Taeyong jam to it right away, as soon as he heard Baggy Jeans, and then Mark eventually joined in. I wonder if the other song will be saved for later!
Seeing as they didn’t show clips of it, I think it will be released/still on the cards for later use. They clearly paid for the rights to it so it’s their property, it wouldn’t make sense not to release it or at least sell it to another artist
When doyoung told Mark not to think of "boy" as a word and Mark immediately understanding what he meant, thinking of it more as a random sound, he ended up executing it perfectly. Amazing teamwork
I really love how doyoung pointed out that there’s no need to force the “neo essence” into this particular song and just the line up would do the job. it goes a long way to show how they have also noticed the forceful nature of their recent music which isn’t necessarily bad but sometimes you just have to let it happen naturally. and doyoung directing mark for that ya boyyy part was everything. he’s a vocal genius and it shows. 💚
I love this unit so much. If they don't become a permanent subunit, then please bring them back every few years to release a new song

I’m convinced “7th Sense” unit & Ten were supposed to be the og fixed line up of NCT 127. The line up then had to changed after Ten’s injury post 7th Sense promos.

I'm glad knowing that they do recognize 'Baggy Jeans' doesn't have that same direction as 'The 7th Sense' because i have seen lots of people disappointed about that. It's just a relief that actually the members themselves that push for 'Baggy Jeans' and chose it with the mindset of showing something different than 7th sense but still have that same presence/vibe of "The iconic 7th Sense group" ☺
