My dad had one of these with the hand-starter in the very early 1960`s. It`s a shame some money wasn`t spent on this model giving it a decent paint job and a good tiding up, making it a little more desirable to sell. It really looks tatty for the money.
I interesting machine I own a Ural I like the smoothness of flat twins with vibes having ridden parallel twins and singles in cold weather I do not miss the white fingers from the vibes .
Seems like a unique bike with hand start. I was surprised to see itstart in one crank.

Many people prefer the original paint meanwhile instead of new paint, even if there are some scratches and rust

My mate had one of these but he had terrible trouble finding reverse.

No…. It’s a Noddy bike perfect, if I didn’t live in the States I would buy it( and fix it up)
