Was this vehicle parked and just would not restart, or was it being driven down the road & just died? Has the vehicle had any electrical system issues prior to this failure? Does the vehicle have a new battery and/or alternator recently installed? Has the vehicle been jump started recently (or used to jump start another vehicle)? Is this failure correlated to any recent major lightning storms in the area? And yes, have seen that type of failure before in fuel pumps that we can usually trace back to one of the issues I questioned.
Stalled while driving, 1st time customer. The battery is leaking at the B+ post, battery has been recommended. We’ll need to make some inquires with the vehicle operator for more answers. Thanks for your comments

Only other questions that came to mind since my original post, is this the original factory installed fuel pump or has been it already been replaced before with another OE or aftermarket fuel pump? Also any signs of fuel contamination? Does the customer use one specific brand/location for fuel or do they just fill up wherever they are when the fuel level gets low (or do they travel alot and forced to fill up at random gas stations)?

Also how low was the fuel in the tank when the vehicle got towed in? Do they have a history of running low/completely out of gas in this vehicle?

KCautodoctor the fuel level was just above ¼ tank. We’ll have a chat with the operator about fuel level if it hasn’t already been discussed.

KCautodoctor 100k on the odometer and this pump appears to be OEM.
