TIEBREAK Early Access 7 First Look - Playing 2 matches with recently added players (PC gameplay)

- Testing out the new update of Tiebreak (Early Access 7) which was released today.
Playing 2 matches, the first one with Hubert Hurkacz vs. Tallon Griekspoor and the second one with Victoria Azarenka vs. Mirra Andreeva.
The game feels much better after this update. It is definitely harder than before and playing on different surfaces feels different as well when it comes to ball physics and players' movements.
I was playing on Expert difficulty and the AI now is harder than how it was in the previous update.
Game settings:
Camera angle : Far
Ball trace : Off
Difficulty: Expert
The official release of the game will be on 22nd of August this year.

It has improved so much, if they changed or replaced that defense moonball shot it would be even more realistic. For me Top Spin has a better gameplay and graphic overall, but the lack of players and offline modes made it boring after a few weeks, hope this one will be more entertaining

The predatory nature of TS2k makes me regret giving them any of my $. I do like the gameplay but paywalling content & dribbling out currency to influence you to buy currency is intolerable.
Yeah the game got much better now and yeah I would love to see them fixing the movements and the physics of the ball. I also agree with you about TopSpin, I also had a similar experience unfortunately and got bored quickly after couple of hours.

Do you know that serve zoom can be turned off in settings,game is looking much better,tighten AI mistakes a little more and the serving is a big improvement,maybe aces down the center the AI can get to more also. Great to see movement improved and overall speed back up.
Oh good to know that. I will turn it off in the next gameplay I record and definitely yeah the game got a lot of improvements but unfortunately the serve is still requires some tweaks and they have to fix the issue of getting the ball out more often than before.
This game looks good they fixed a lot of issues.. definitely looking forward to playing this day one..
Yeah that's true, when I look at the game now and compare it to the early access 1 version of it I can see that it got improved a lot

The player models like so good as always. The new serve mechanic looks really good too. You can actually hit hard serves and get aces. What do you think? The ground strokes look cleaner too.
Yeah I totally agree with what you said. It feels way better now. The game is a bit harder but more challenging and enjoyable. The shots are tweaked and the movement of the players as well.
@@AbdoPlayss the one thing l want to see them change is the CPU putting away easy shots. Sometimes the player scrambles and sends back a weak shot and the CPU fumbles and struggles with it. CPU on harder difficulty should put those away most of the time.
I am doing a backflip on my earlier comments after watching Machete Gaming pointing out that the AI even on expert has not improved at all only that they are more aggressive,the cpu is only good from the baseline and if you want to win easy just hit all flat shots and do short shots to bring the cpu forward from the baseline where it is still making as many mistakes as before.I won't be preordering game and just wait and see if the developers can get the standard of the AI way way harder across all difficulties. i do not understand how the developers didn't mess up AO TENNIS 2 AI and with more experience have actually made a worse game. Every time i go back to AO2 the gameplay is clearly better which is a worry.
That's true unfortunately, I realized that as well after playing couple of matches and makes me kinda worried too. I really hope they can do something about it and fix these AI issues withing these 3 weeks before the final release.
@@AbdoPlayss Just heard that players are winning easily on expert and can lose on hard please start doing some Hard difficulty matches to show, the difficulties may be messed up
It’s the fking same lol, look at those animations hahahahah, my god, this is a game for casual gamers (who play only a couple of genres or 2 games every 3 years lol) or for casual tennis fans who never played at a decent level and can’t judge technique and biomechanics.
DId you notice that its not even possible to hit an aces without using slice serve when aiming WIDE. Only ace aiming the T are possible even if you use the best server in the game
No no, I played couple of matches after and I managed getting aces when aiming wide with flat serves. I'll upload a gameplay today that includes some of these aces.

Flat service are too diffcult now, for me 98% are out 😭

However, I only move the left analog stick very very little, but.....PAF ! it's out !
@@The_French_ie I played around 3 matches till I got used to the serve but yeah it's really hard to get used to it. I guess also that it can depend on the player we play with and their serve power and yeah it's definitely way harder than before.

This looks nice! TS2K is such a freaking predator. $20 to respec your char or win multiple Slams in a row w/o losing a match & maybe you'll have enough currency after 30 hours to respec or maybe just buy some new shoes! ABSURD! I already paid $70 for content that you are paywalling!
I totally agree with you, I had the same experience with TS2k25 unfortunately. I wished it to be better but got disappointed. I have high hopes for Tiebreak to be better after the final release.

In my opinion yes. But both games have the good and bad sides. I still play TopSpin from now and then but I enjoy playing Tiebreak more.
It’s not better at all lol, if you think it it means you’ve never played tennis at a decent level or you don’t know how to judge a videogame because you lack knowledge in game development or are a casual.

@@AbdoPlayss What I mean the serve goes straight not cross court 😅. Its against the basic rule. This game have nothing to do with tennis. Nowhere near Tennis Elbow

@@AbdoPlayss I am not saying tha ball was out. Im saying that the ball toss crossed the midcourt line. Do you mean that you can have a contact with a ball on a forehand side while serving on the advantage side?
