As a South African I have to advise that most of us don’t answer emails on the weekends, during work hours on weekdays only. Also, we’re just coming out of Dezemba - it’s loosely based on a month, but it’s more of a lifestyle holiday vibe. I’m sure the realtor will contact you from Monday, if not just WhatsApp them. He will know cost details once he’s had a better idea of your requirements. Month to month is not really a thing in SA, we usually do annual leases (payable monthly), but you may be able to negotiate depending on the property and the landlord.

They would have had to put on their shoes, lockup and walk to the elevator/lift and to their designated parking bay which would be a tedious effort to film at a single reel, maybe next video...

Oh wow and yes during load shedding some appliances work with the gas generators and some don’t. Each unit is different
