Looking at these, here’s stuff I expect from the poison quad; -Bipedal (Nitebear, piplash) -Segmented body (all but X’rt, which then is still arguably segmented due to mouth) -Pair of impressive horns (All but Nitebear, who still has horns, just more than 2) -Different colored face (All but X’rt again) In conclusion, the poison quad is likely some sort of roach/beetle/centipede demon standing on two legs, using two large antennae or horns to play its sound.
It’s weird that the monsters without plasma are the ones that are hated by most of the community. (on ethereal workshop, of course) and to make it weirder, they’re all triples. (excluding the poison quad) So either people hate monsters that have smaller contributions to the song, or they just like the quads because big and good sound. (The purpose of every monster is to add to the song one way or another. Don’t get mad at the monster handlers when a monster doesn’t play for at least half of the song. This includes spurrit, pummel, every monster in the video, and many more.)
The ethereal workshop monsters don’t have enough monsters to represent the element. Tbh Whaill doesn’t really represent the plasma boss and it isn’t my favorite element because the monsters are shown to be too similar to the shadow elements
based/pos. Honestly I've really liked Nitebear and Piplash since they were first introduced. It's a shame that ppl don't really like these monsters as much because of their subtlety :(
Plasma is probably the best ethereal element in terms of the monsters that have it. The only 4 monsters on the workshop that are missing the element are likely the 4 least favorite workshop monsters in the community.
i bet they didnt have any ideas for these guys and brainstormed unique sounds to make them somewhat cool, but these monsters just make me think they are filler
When it comes to all 15 monsters, 10 of them will have plasma, 10 will have shadow, 10 will have mech, etc. When I complete this series after the island is finished, there will be 5 monsters in every video

Like I’m not mad at the guy for making this or anything, but something that really annoys me about these types of MSM TH-camrs is they’ll upload videos with titles likes “X island, but only monsters without Y element”…when the last monster with Y element is due to arrive in a month, basically making the whole thing incomplete. Like this guy isn’t the best example, but I remember before Gnarls arrived, people posted videos titled “MSM all Quads” or something similar, when Gnarls was due to arrive in less than a month, showing these guys were too impatient to wait, and uploaded incomplete things for views, when they would’ve gotten more views (and more better videos) by just waiting a tiny bit. I know someone will point out people upload the islands when they’re not complete, but the difference is is that the videos are titled something like “X island (Wave 3) or X island (update 2.4.2)”, basically saying this is what the island looks like now, and not that this is the full island. Like no hate to this guy, I don’t have anything against him (or her), but this type of impatience with the other MSM TH-camrs is really annoying. Anyway, this is way too long over something small, again, I don’t have anything against the person who uploaded the video, it’s the others and their annoying titles.
OK, I get your point. However, I like making videos on this series and I didn't do it for Wave 3 or 4. I held out for 6 months to do this again and I wasn't going to wait 2 more. Wave 5 also came with a new verse and I decided it was the best time to bring this series to life again. I understand what you are saying though.
