@@Latenivenatrix_McmasteraeShould have at least killed him in episode 5. Would have made more sense logistically and the audience might accept that Dany in that moment snapped. If Rhaegal after being hit fell into a civilian area with people surrounding his body with scenes of some cheering ... 🐲🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 People fearing her rather than celebrating her is decent but we needed more motivation for that level of hatred. If you're not going to put in the time to build up her madness, that would still smoothen the transition a lot. Make her seem a bit conflicted afterwards too so she still appears to be the character people loved. Don't make killing her the only solution, make it a choice.
@@jaredsilvers2782 so thankful that they have nothing to do with any of the other spin-offs. I’m also really glad that there Star Wars project got scrapped and hopefully they will never be put on any other project again. They ruined a fantastic series
they could have done so much more to explain the bond, build a bond between them etc, but u know they had to compress the whole thing into a mindless fight scene
I was yesterday years old when it finally dawned on me that Rhegon bonded with Jon because of his real father... that would've been fantastic to tie that in
That's supossed to be Jon's dragon, they should bond, but it was killed before they reach that part. Now in the new show we all hope that Jon find a new egg, or he find Drogon, and became his new rider, since we all saw on The House of the Dragon, that all the Dragons can have a new rider if the previous one dies.
@@gcardona4678 yeah true but u know dragon bonding isn't that simple as they make it seem in the show which i find weird cuz Jon bonding with Rhaegal so quick made no sense to me tbh thats just me though
"You've completely ruined horses for me." Easily the most fitting line in the series. What a thrill riding one of those would be, to experience life as a dragon does.
This scene was the dumbest scene in the entire season. Jon had zero connection to Rhaegal, it felt forced, it felt rushed and it makes no sense. Why would Rhaegal simply let Jon fly him? Just because he's a Targaryen? Targaryens and Valyrians learned to tame their dragons and did so with blood magic, sacrifices and with pure, brute force, the dragons didn't just automatically bow to them. Even Daenerys struggled to tame her dragons and she raised them since they were babies, now you expect me to believe Jon does it without a second thought? Daenerys only learned to ride Drogon until she was forced to do so in a life or death situation. Jon riding Rhaegal did not help to further the plot in any meaningful way, Jon never even used this ability to do anything. Not only that but he looks ridiculous riding him, his cape alone should have been enough to pull him to his death.
@@distantraveller9876 um okay, I appreciate the insight that it shorthands how things were done in the books but this seems excessively hostile otherwise 😳
@@distantraveller9876 While I do wish that they made Jon's dragon riding moment less nonchalant, I would be lying if I said I didn't enjoy this scene. Something about seeing how the dragons fly and interact with people is very thrilling.
@@distantraveller9876 As we don't really get to see any interaction between Jon and the dragons except Drogon that once, we don't know if there were extra scenes where they did and if Rhaegal liked Jon from then. Although, in the scene with Viserion's death, it's kind of hinted that perhaps there already was a bond between Jon and Rhaegal (don't forget that in the books Jon is a warg so does have the possibility of touching the dragon's mind) as it wasn't until Rhaegal's cry over Viserion that Jon even looked up. Someone pointed it out in another video years ago. It could also be that Drogon told Rhaegal about Jon petting him and both could smell that Jon and Daenerys were "mates" so accepted him.
The bind between dragon and rider is sacred. Jon riding Rhaegal should be a bigger deal that they made it out to be. Jon should’ve felt when he died but they just brushed it off. What a slap in the face to the source material.
yep!! this scene was a casualty of poor writing....this scene A. should have been a waaaaayyy bigger deal to both Jon(Aegon) and the Dragon and B. should have come as way more of a shock to Daenerys
Rhaegal being so eager to take off and fly with Jon, needing no command before taking flight with his rider. Such a shame that when they butchered the shows final season, that they butchered him too. Such bullshit. Rhaegals death still pisses me off.
DaNnY jUsT fOrGoT aBoUt ThE iRoN FleEt .... BULL SHIT! That's lazy writing. Losing the first Dragon was cool, it up'ed the stakes and gave the white walkers a way through the wall. Killing Rhaegal was a lazy way to quickly weaken Danny's forces and pretend like Kingslanding ever stood a chance.
Same, I always preferred Rhaegal, green is my favourite and green dragons are stunning to me. I hate what they did with season 8. They didnt just ruin the season, but the entire series with all that bullshit. Jon doesnt even mourn Rhaegal's death.
The way Rhaegal was grinning and chittering the whole time made it seem like he was saying, "I'm gonna show you what it means to be a Targaryen, northern boy."
The downplaying of Jon Snow bonding with Rhaegal was criminal. There should’ve been more of an emphasis on this phenomenon because dragons don’t let just anyone ride them.
@@hokagedlo6133 Not really true actually. Rhaegal approached nicely to Jon. I believe he sensed Jon's Targarian blood and accepted Jon's caring nature.
God if there is one thing the show did right in the final season, its the sound effects of the dragon's wings when they fly. the thunderclaps of all that air being forced down to keep them aloft, being higher pitched for Rhaegal since he's smaller, being louder for Drogon since he's bigger. its just fantastic
The dragons in this series were just fantastic. Especially in s7 and s8 when they started doing serious damage. The plot was shoddy but I come back just to watch the dragons, especially Drogon.
I’ll never get over the ending of this series. Rhaegal’s excitement to finally have a rider. Him immediately choosing Jon because he’s the only other Targaryen left. Him being named after Jon’s father. They could have ruled together. They could have been perfect. 😭
Every few months I get re-angry about it lol. I hope the remake it some day, the right way…obviously that’ll never happen but it was THAT bad. It was a travesty
it is the perfect ending but tbh i'm not mad anymore. the whole point of this show and hotd is to show targaryens and dragons could never be stable enough to rule long term, and were just brought back together one more time to eliminate the real threat in the north. now humanity can rebuild and rule and do whatever, just without the incestral chaos. i just hope we get to keep the cool dragons lol
The show mebtions that dragons are extremely intelligent and understanding. The two dragons understood tyrion was helping i wouldnt put it past them understanding speech 😂😂
It's really odd that Daenerys is just like "Yeah, okay" to Jon being able to ride her dragon when Targaryens (or rather Valyrians) seem to be the only people who can easily bond with and ride dragons (without like taming them with food first or something as Nettles did). If anything this should've been the first moment where she became suspicious of Jon's true heritage.
Even Nettles had some Targ blood because Rhaenyra ordered dragon-seeds (bastards of Targs) to try taming dragons so they were no ordinary people either. Dany not being suspicious is odd, I fully agree

@UCe3i1WZy8zeWAQYra54t4mA Rhaegar was an idiot. A decent prince, but then turned out to be an ass. He abandoned and delegitamized his wife and kids, he sent a handful of good troops to protect Lyanna instead of bringing Arthur with him to fight Robert, he eloped with Lyanna and brought dishonor to his own family, the Starts, the Baratheons, and Martells, and he did it in the worse way possible. When people have all this lovey dovey image of Rhaegar and Lyanna, it makes me wonder how much of that story they actually know. He could've done it in a far less messy way, that wouldn't have caused such a terrible war that cost the lives of tons of people. His plan went down in the worst way possible, Jon being the only part that actually made it out alive. Selmy knew Rhaegar as he was before he went off and seemingly stole her off. The Kingdoms were all under the impression that Rhaegar stole Lyanna off and raped her. So no, he wasn't good for a lot of other people as a prince, actually.

@@LuisPerez-5 Agreed. I don't mind Daenerys's ending since she was an entitled woman with a Messianic complex from day one. Also, this is Game of Thrones. If you expected Daenerys to win and sit on the Iron Throne then you're watching the wrong show.
After reading Fire & Blood it's quite impressive that Dany and Jon can ride their dragons without saddles. Not even Rhaenyra or Daemon rode without a saddle.
That is because the show is not really canon. In the books, Dany rides drogon only one time when he is barely large as a horse. Its in the fighting pits and Dany are hanging on him for her dear life and that’s all about her riding the dragon, no more. I’m sure the books will find a way to built her a saddle
The killing of Rhaegal was the most infuriating thing that I felt the most in the entire series and the one that finally made me lose respect and interest to the show in general. After that scene could barely get myself to watch the succeeding episodes. Add the salt that Jon did not even bat a care when his dragon died was totally disrespectful to who Rhaegal was supposed to represent to him and his origins.

It’s interesting watching HOTD and then coming back to this scene. HOTD shows Targaryens can claim a dragon but this scene really seems like Rhaegal claims Jon
Dragons choose their riders. Targaryens (or Valyrians more broadly) can attempt to claim a dragon, but the dragon won't necessarily accept them, and it can often depend on whether the personalities of the rider and dragon are compatible.
"You've completely ruined horses for me." If only the entirety of the last 2 seasons were this original and fun, we'd might even remember this show for more than a couple years.
@@theonewhoismany8072that’s what is suppose to happen but no D&D screwed that up the moment rhaegal accepted Jon is the moment they bonded and should’ve stayed together.
I liked this scene as it one: gave a reason Jon would be riding a dragon into battle against the dead and two: it gave new opportunities during the battle. Also, when Rhaegal flew by Winterfell, did anyone else notice that Varys and Tyrion were shocked that Jon was riding the dragon, but Davos didn't look surprised at all?
At this point he's watched a woman give birth to a shadow and a guy come back to life after being stabbed in the chest six times. A guy riding a dragon is nothing 😆
The fact that A. Jon clearly bonded with Rhaegal and they didn’t explore their connection is beyond insane. Furthermore, the fact that Dany didn’t IMMEDIATELY realize Jon was a Targaryen the second Rhaegal didn’t throw him off and try to eat him, is possibly one of the most dumb moments I’ve ever seen.
So 1. Unfortunately they didn't give themselves enough time to explore his Connection and bonding to Rhaegal. the showrunners fault really. 2. Dany really shouldn't just automatically assume Jon is a Targaryen based on him bonding with Rhaegal. Because there are at least two other Valyrian family's in Westros who can ride dragons and Dang didn't have any major education growing up specially on Westros meaning she has no idea if the Starks ever at one point in history intermarried with Targaryens like the Baratheons, Hightowers, or Velaryons did. I believe the Tully's even married some Targaryens. By all means Dragon Blood is very much scattered throughout Westros (there is a theory a Targaryen bastard was born in Winterfell during the Dance of Dragons.)
@@mouse3872 yes bastards can ride dragons and they have been used commonly in Dance of the Dragons but even most of the bastards got eaten. So to assume any house with Targaryen blood can ride a dragon is wrong. You need to be at least %50 Valyrian

@@vikctoryan15 King Jaehaerys was very afraid of the 3 stolen dragon eggs being hatched by someone in Essos. Simply put the Targaryens aren't that special. One place in particular is Mantarys which is a city in Northern Valyria that is one of the last true Cities from Valyria itself. The people of this city are said to frequently be born with horrible mutations like 2 heads. This is revealed in a Tyrion chapter where he sees a slave from this city who does indeed have 2 heads one large one and a much smaller one. This is the exact same mutation Meleys the monstrous has hinting that the Blackfyres had at some point settled down in the largest of the last of Valyrias true cities means they have been keeping as much Valyrian blood as possible. I feel like barely anyone notices 2:53 where Jon takes the initiative and steers Rheagal. He was scared af at first, but then the Targaryen blood does it's thing and his instinct is to just get comfortable so quickly and guide the dragon, and the dragon listens.
@@trence5not just rhaegal but also drogon I mean it had to hit them in the head with some suspicion why these dragons just didn’t eat him regardless if Daenerys was there or not because when the dragon seeds bond rhaenyera and the others are there but they still get eaten if dragons don’t bond.
Oh I noticed. I thought it was cool to see Jon take initiative with Rhaegal, rather than just letting Rhaegal fly behind Drogan as he always had. That goes to show the bond with Jon was complete. Rhaegal chose Jon. I think he’s chosen Jon for a while now(They were together longer than what was filmed) but was waiting for him to have the chance to ride him in order to seal the bond. He’s known about his heritage just as much as Drogon sensed.
I will give this to the later seasons; the animation used on the dragons is phenomenal. As an avid fantasy lover, I'd be lying if I said I wasn't grinning like an idiot every time they were on screen.
It shows how much Dany truly likes Jon that she lets him get on one of her dragons especially after Viserion just died even if she knew from episodes before that they'd let him touch them...and Rhaegal is too darn cute enjoying this so much.
Look at my boy Rhaegal banking through canyons and dive bombing with precision. Damn shame he couldn't spot an entire fleet of ships from hundreds of feet in the air behind a small hill.
I literally had a feeling of nausea seeing this, because it’s such a beautiful scene before an awful ending, and seeing Raeghar so graceful just so that he can be killed like nothing later, is a spit in the viewers’ faces. I understand that this series was meant to provoke strong emotional responses, but his killing was too much. The first dragon dying made sense, Raeghar dying was just gratuitous and didn’t make sense. To top it all, they killed him while purposefully cutting the theme of the dragons. I think I have never felt insulted like this by a TV show, and I will keep on pretending that he didn’t die. Not because I can’t face that truth, but because it utter unrealistic BS.
@@Glamuel I don't have a problem with the scorpions in theory. If the dragons are truly unstoppable, then a lot of the suspense in a battle with them is dissipated. After seeing the house of the dragons, and then coming back here again. I now thought that these guys are freaking legends for a dragon riders. Every dragon riders i saw in HOD had a saddles strapped in their dragon's backs and these guys simply rode those dragons like "well fck it, we die like a man if we fall, we fall"
I've noticed when the dragons know when to take off is when the rider leans forward more to their body. We see this a lot with Daenerys and Drogon and I always see Daenerys lean forward when she is ready to take flight with Drogon. So as soon as Jon leans forward that was Rhaegals que to take off. Subtle movements I noticed that dragons pick up on with their riders. Even in House of the Dragon
I think this is the most beautiful scene in GOT. I love how the dragons are communicating constantly throughout. The music is excellent. The Jon and Rhaegal relationship should have been explored much more in the show. Huge missed opportunity.

What D&D did to Rhaegar in the final season is nothing less than a preposterous atrocity. What they did to *many* characters in the final season are all preposterous atrocities as well but let's specifically focus on Rhaegar right now... Jon/Aegon *FINALLY* climbed onto his back which is something that everyone (who knew or at least suspected his true lineage) was waiting for and this scene should've been the beginning of many epic scenes that consisted of Jon/Aegon on Rhaegar, however all we received was just one more incident in which he was a dragonrider... One... *ONE*... Rhaegar valiantly fought the white version of his deceased brother (who's death is yet another unbelievably stupid scene I might add) and he nearly dies in the process but nonetheless, he miraculously survives the ordeal and recovers enough to be capable of traveling to King's Landing with Daenerys and her army... Just to be shot down by Euron's fleet upon arrival... The logic (or lack of for a matter of fact) during that scene is insanely ignorant, thus making the entire incident very unrealistic. First of all, the Daenerys we all know (George R.R. Martin's Daenerys and *NOT* D&D's sh*t interpretation) wouldn't have forgotten about Euron's fleet. She was about to begin a conquest that she had been anticipating for the entirety of the series, a conquest that she strongly believed to be her destiny, a conquest that she believed to be the sole purpose of her existence, so don't tell me that she and all of her advisers just suddenly forgot about the very evident threat of Euron Greyjoy. I mean, right before they set sail, they were all gathered around the infamous table with the map of Westeros carved into it and the miniature models that represented Euron's fleet were visibly on the screen. Oh, but they all just happened to have one giant brain fart once they began their journey to King's Landing. Second of all, Euron's arrows must've actually been missiles because how else could he hit a moving target when his ship is behind a cluster of giant rocks which is the supposed reason Daenerys couldn't see him. Realistically, he wouldn't have been able to hit Rhaegar whilst behind such large rocks but okay. Whatever. Now let's pretend that he had x-ray vision and could see through the boulders. Even if that were the case, how the actual f*ck was their aim so accurate? Bronn had to fire several shots at Drogon when Daenerys and the Dothraki attacked the Lannister army and only when she flew directly at him did he finally get a hit in but even then, it was a hit to Drogon's wing and nothing fatal. The Night King, a magical creature, missed Drogon when he threw his ice spear. Oh, but Euron fires two shots *from behind a bunch of boulders* and both just happen to hit on target... Puh-lease. 🙄 And furthermore, if Euron's aim is so good, why did he not just aim at Daenerys and/or Drogon instead of taking out the dragon who is not only the smaller of the two but who is also *not* the mount of the threat that he and Cersei are facing? And as if that wasn't enough, the idiocracy only expands from that point on, unfortunately. Whenever Daenerys begins her attack on Euron's fleet and is diving towards them, his aim is suddenly terrible. Not just that, but none of the 100+ ships that are all equipped with scorpions can hit Drogon. I'm honestly not sure that any of the other ships were even firing during the attack. Either way, after Rhaegar's death, the destruction of the Iron Fleet was beyond ridiculous. If it was only Euron's ship that was firing at Drogon, it's unrealistic and stupid because the other ships purpose was to help take down the dragon, not to just float there like a log and wait to be burned. If all of them were firing at Drogon, it's still unrealistic and stupid because there's no logical explanation for not a single arrow to hit if that many were being fired at the same time and at the same target... That catastrophe of a scene is nothing else but two words: Plot Armor. What else did D&D destroy? Cersei, Jaime, Tyrion, Jon/Aegon, Varys, the Dothraki, the White Walkers, etc. Cersei wouldn't have just stood there drinking wine as she watched King's Landing burn and definitely wouldn't have done that up until the last minute. Plus, she died because of bricks. As if that wasn't stupid enough, had she and Jaimie been standing a few feet to the left or right, they wouldn't have even died. It looked as though the entire ceiling collapsed but when Tyrion discovered them, the ceiling had only collapsed here and there. Jaime murdered the Mad King because he cared about the people. He left Cersei to fight for the people. He also fell in love with Brianne. All of his character development was pointless in the end because he suddenly stopped caring about the people and as for Brianne, he hit it and quit it... All of that just to return to Cersei and die from bricks. Tyrion went from being one of the most intelligent characters to being one of the most unintelligent, pointless characters. Jon also became unintelligent and bland and his true lineage was completely irrelevant. Varys is another who became unintelligent after once being the total opposite. The Dothraki became meaningless as well. The White Walkers, despite being such a big deal throughout the series, turned out to be meaningless too.
In the books dragon riders form bonds with their dragons, so I wish the show would have explored that more. Jon riding Rhaegal wouldn't be just "whatever", it makes him essentially Jon's dragon now.
Okay but Rhaegal has no business being so cute showing off his rider. He even makes little chirping noises out of excitement, aww.
And then the writers butchered him just for a cheap shock factor

Rhaegar was an idiot.

@@ZEFFENWULF I'm not so sure, I remember spells being worked into the wall like weaved into the building process. At least that's what I recall reading.. but it's been many years since I've read the books now. It always sounded so magical since it was a barrier to stop the wights. I assume there's gonna be something different since the Night King in the show isn't in the books at all at this point. Being that there are multiple Night King's including the show's new one.. they said was no the old Night King from the books. I'm more interested in how the books end.. the show getting ahead and leaving so much out killed the show for me. It just didn't feel whole.. but I love good tv so I kept watching anyways. It's not the worst thing ever or anything.. but I don't agree with a lot but that's only fair that we can have our opinions and likes and dislikes as fans. I wanna know how GRRM has the wights in the book compared to the show. Also I remember Jon dreaming about riding a dragon and being on top a ice wall with a flaming sword clad in armor black as ice. Unless I'm also wrong with my memory of that too. lol who knows anymore I need to go back and read the books again at this point. I read way too many fantasies I prob get them all mixed up. But the armor sounded like obsidian or something dragon glass. Which made it like he was going to be the hero.. or perhaps he's like most young men in a world like that dreaming they could be those things. I've had those dreams.

They had such an amazing potential...the four of them... After all the ordeals they went through, all the pain and hardships, all the hurting and fighting, didn’t they deserve better ? Season 8 stops right there for me !
Exactlyyyy
They all lived happily ever after 😢
one thing that no one can complain about in GoT is the CGI, what a beautiful thing, no other Tv show has even come close to that level until today, as much as this last season was horrible in terms of script technically it was amazing, taking that episode of the war with the night king that was too dark...
Everthing was perfect. CGI, acting, designs and music. It was just the writing that they messed up so bad.
the way they had Rhaegal looking for affection from Jon and then helping him get on. legit should of kept him as Jons dragon instead of killing him off. I really hope George doesnt follow the same ending in the books knowing how disappointed we all were. Rhaegal was precious as f**k T_T
No Lykiri, No Dohaeras, man just jumped onboard like catching a bus
fun fact: There's a forshadowing of Jon's true parentage here. You see, the dragon that Jon was riding, his name is Rhaegal. Dany named him Rhaegal after his deceased oldest brother named Rhaegar and Rhaegar, is Jon's true father. He is basically flying with the living memory of his father.
Every person that has watched the show knows this
I haven't watched this heaping pile of garbage season since it aired, so I might not be remembering correctly, but didn't Bran and/or Samwell Tarly tell Jon at the end of season 7?
Only Targaryens can ride dragons so two things:
1) Tyrion should have figured out that Jon was a Targ immediately.
2) Dany straight up tried to kill her bf XD
since Jon Snow male Targaryen heir and to the house of Targaryen I believe that Jon Snow has dragon blood or cells in his body whoever was that close to Dragon would:
1. Burn 🔥 to death.
2. Ripped in half.
3. Crushed by Dragons foot.
Dragon actually allowed to let him touch him while mommy Dragon Queen was still on him
Tyrion must had Dragon cells in his blood too when freed those two other dragons that were chained up.
Also since humans, dogs, animals, reptiles, and any other species in this world that might have their own kinda language with each other I believe that Dragon told the other the one's in it's type of Dragon language that this Jon Snow is just like mommy

I TOTALLY AGREE YOU..
BUT YOU GOT UNDERSTAND WHEN JON SNOW WAS BORN NED STARK'S SISTER TOLD NED THAT JON SNOW'S TRUE NAME AEGON TARGARYEN BUT NO MATTER WHAT YOU HAVE TO PROTECT HIM AND HE MADE THAT,
THAT'S WHEN NED STARK HAD TO CHANGE HIS NAME TO JON SNOW TO HIDE HIS REAL NAME AEGON TARGARYEN.
AT THAT TIME NED STARK'S FRIEND ROBERT (THE KING) WAS ALSO IN LOVE WITH NED STARK'S SISTER FROM A LIE HE HEARD ABOUT WAS THAT RHAEGAL TARGARYEN RAPPED AND KILLED HER,
SO FROM THEN ON IF ANY TARGARYEN'S WAS CAPTURED THEY'RE SENTENCED TO DEATH SO IF HE FOUND OUT THAT JON SNOW WAS ACTUALLY A TARGARYEN HE WOULD'VE KILLED JON SNOW THAT'S WHY NED STARK TOLD ROBERT THAT JON SNOW WAS HIS BASTARD SON.
WHEN BRAN BECAME THE
3 EYED RAVEN AND STARTED TO SEE HIS MORE VISIONS CLEARLY HE SAW THAT HIS FATHER'S SISTER LOVED RHAEGAL TARGARYEN AND THEY GOT MARRIED IN SECRET ➕ RHAEGAL NEVER KILLED HER SHE DIED ON HER BIRTH BED AND FOUND OUT ABOUT JON'S REAL NAME.
MOST OF ALL JON'S BEST FRIEND SAM FOUND A DIARY THAT TOLD THE ENTIRE TRUTH ABOUT JON SNOW AND FOUND OUT THAT HE'S NOT BASTARD SON MOST IMPORTANTLY HE FOUND OUT THAT RHAEGAL TARGARYEN WAS HIS FATHER NOT NED STARK.
SO YOU SEE NED STARK WAS VERY LOYAL AND TRUTHFUL TO HIS WORDS BUT HE PROMISED AND PROMISED HIS SISTER TO PROTECT JON SNOW AND NAME HIM AS A BASTARD SON IF NED STARK TOLD JON SNOW THAT HIS REAL NAME IS AEGON TARGARYEN,
HOW DO YOU THINK BRAN, SENSA, AND ARYA WOULD'VE REACTED WHEN THEY FOUND OUT THAT JON IS A TARGARYEN AND WHEN HE CAME HOME TO THE NORTH WITH THE DRAGON QUEEN DENI TARGARYEN??.
IT WOULDN'T LOOK RIGHT AND PEOPLE THROUGH THIS WHOLE SERIES WOULD'VE WANTED TO KILL HIM SINCE HE'S A TARGARYEN AND DENI WOULDN'T WANT FALL IN LOVE WITH HIM SINCE THAT JON SNOW IS DENI'S BROTHER CHILD,
LIKE I SAID IT WOULDN'T LOOK RIGHT:
THEY ALL KNOW HIS TRUE NAME AEGON TARGARYEN NOW INTRODUCTION LADY SENSA THIS IS DENI TARGARYEN QUEEN OF THE DRAGONS SO IT LIKE I'M AEGON TARGARYEN AND YOUR QUEEN IS DENI TARGARYEN.

Bruh are you bored?
The hell
So fitting that Jon would ride Rhaegal, who was named after his father.
I know its fantasy dragons but i cant stop thinking how fucking cold it must be to ride them. The windchill on their faces 🥶
I love how Rhaegal is like "get your ass up there, here's a boost"
In the books dragon riders form bonds with their dragons, so I wish the show would have explored that more. Jon riding Rhaegal wouldn't be just "whatever", it makes him essentially Jon's dragon now.
