mate I’ve been running for years and I find I feel SO full basically the whole day, even though I’m hungry if that makes sense. Think it’s a combination of abdominal tension during running, and honestly it messes with your digestion . I find if I run fasted, I can eat more after and into the rest of the day. Do with that what you will and awesome work with the 5k! Stoked for you
