No customer care number. They are replying back only through email, but no proper reply email. All of them are irrelevant answers. Ola is cheating us. Kindly help me with this issue.

Very nice EV scooter but price a bit high for the range (1.5 Lakhs ku min 120 km to 150kms range needed), also please review what will happen if we drive in water even though it's ip67 rated ( chennai rain and water logging proof iruka 😁🤣).
Bro both battery and motor are ip67 water resistant.

No problem in rainy season this Chetak as been 5 years tested products in all climate condition this vechical as been tested.
Not worth for money. They have increased price to 2L (without subsidy) from 1L in 1 year period to make sure subsidy not reaching customers.Please talk about BAJAJ subsidy scam bro

As per my convenience fiber body is easy to maintain without any dents
Instead of spending 1.5 L for Chetak we can invest on IQUBE which is 1.36 L
Chetak with single suspension fork , IQube with dual suspension fork both front and back
Range also about 110 km with full charge and equipped with over charge protection
Iqube is 1.61 L now, even the base variant is 1.46 ... Spending 1.61 for normal display without touch is a bit costly

If Lithium ion battery is completely gone can we replace it with a lithium Ferro phosphate battery. ! Is that possible and the vehicle configuration will support it??
Yes it will support
Doing changes will creates problem in warranty. Also it will be under your own risk.
typically Lithium Iron Phosphate is used as a negative electrode material in most of the Li ion batteries.

i have purchased from Coimbatore, but very worst(AAdhitheya bikes) dealer for sales of chetak in coimbatore, bajaj didn't ensure proper check points before delivery, 1. vehicle boot release didn't work, 2. damaged front boot door, 3. charging cable was very old and used and damaged which they packed neatly and kept inside vehicle for delivery, when asked general manager Mr.sudhakar responded lethargically as it's just a cable, but it's hard earned money we pay for a brand new vehicle and brand new charging cable, and we owe a new vehicle not a refurbished or repair vehicle with old charger.. Chetak needs to improve service not name same premium pricing alone

Iam also cancelled Ola after went for test drive Bajaj chetak. Built quality is very good metal body.
Cost is Rs 1.5 lakh whereas ola cost Rs 1.3 lakh
Agree price is heavy only, but it's having a solid build quality ( 80% metal body).
If you drive chetak you will feel the great stability and comfortness ( seat, suspension).Try to make a test drive you will feel the difference.
It ia like comparing Maruti Spresso (Ola) with Tata Nexon..(Chetak)😜😜
