Baket ba ang sama ng stigma sa Pilipinas kung vegetarian ka? You guys just don't know how make an appetizing vegetarian food, some veggie food doesn't required cooking hello?? ....There is a lot of science researched na mas beneficial ang plant-based diet. You can actually eat as much as you want without guilt kapag vegetarian ka.
Wag kayung papauto sa pagiging vegan ..mamatay kayo diyan malnutrition aabotin niyo 😂

Gusto ko mag vegan noon pa. Di ko alam kung masisimulan ko. Kung mapapanindigan ko. Parang nakikita ko kasi na magastos at matrabaho ang vegan diet lalo ako busy sa work. Hindi ako kumakain ng baboy. Chicken at fish lang minsan. More of gulay ang ulam ko at fruits snack.

The problem is nag ooverthink tayo na kesyo mahirap, magastos maging vegetarian where in fact napaka simple lang naman, readily available naman yang mga gulay at prutas sa market.
