We were in Gruyère on 20 th June. Saw u cud overnight in the car park for 10chf. We moved on to the lido at Thun - car park approx 4.50chf. We found lots of parkups needed to be paid for, but reasonably priced. But we didn’t have the blue disc, & often they were time restricted. Bread in Switzerland is always 5chf! Ridiculous really. After a couple of weeks we got used to it - finding less costly alternatives. Glad things all ok with the baby. ‘Je suis enceinte’ is the phrase you need. Most hard cheese is pasteurized.
It can certainly really add up. We got a parking disk from the petrol station for 2chf which was helpful but a chap in a shop said you can just hand write a note with an arrival time.
Hi I was in the queue for race bibs in Chamonix and I could see you in the distance as you walked towards the end of the queue by the side of the climbing wall.

Now that last place, the chocolate factory is where I would want to be. Yes, that art museum was "different". I really liked that park-up you got in that nice shady spot and just a stroll to the water. Switzerland is definitely a place of contrast. I was late viewing the video today as I am getting ready for my new arrival.....a campervan. I pick it up on Tues. Can hardly wait! Now, if there was just an easier way ro get it over to Europe so I can travel around there as well. See you two next Sunday, have a great week!

If prices continue to rise across everything, do you think it's going to get to the point where you can't afford to stay on the road short term? Those fuel costs are eye watering.
Difficult to say, certainly we have been moving less!

Can you please remind me how long your van is? I assumed it was 6m but when Sadge was walking out of the car park to do her yoga I thought the van looked longer! Another great video. Thanks.

Absolutely no idea! With great care I suspect...yes definitely had a rather strange run of museums!! 😂
